I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

I went on a business trip to a trade show. This Hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby that will save your day if you're looking for good American coffee.
The breakfast bar is really good. It has the normal Western foods like eggs, cereal and toast. Also, the local food which could be a little different with what you are used to.
The staff spoke very little English so be patience with them. They try really hard.
Also, there is a currency change machine in the lobby. It is user friendly.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The area is safe to walk around at all time of the day.

    Hotel is centrally located,
Lobby was very clean and adjoining Starbucks, which was appreciated on the cold day we arrived
    Friendly and efficient check in.
Room was extremely well laid out ..a nice size for business or holidays.
    electronic door look worked well
Showers were great , hot water in abundance...rooms clean with pleasant decor.
Beds were comfy and pillows also...
TV channel selection was adequate to keep you up with the outside world
    room rates were reasonable
business centre was in foyer ...was ok
changed flight without too much drama with assistance from concierge
only downfall was the internet ...just very slow

  • Nice hotel but....

    Montreal | Nov 5, 2025 | Trip type: Business

Stayed 4 nights during canton fair, a bit over priced but understandable. The service is good - you can see they try very hard to be hospitable but the staff lack of professional training.
When we arrived, showing them the reservation confirmation but they couldn't find it in their system. We had to call the agent and the agent had to tell the front desk what to do... then the next day, they wanted to charge us for breakfast saying it is not included but our reservation showing breakfast included. Had to go front desk and straighten it out.
The 3 elevators don't coordinate well, that's why it takes forever.
However, the room is clean, spacious, comfortable. The bathroom is a big (no tub but we don't need it).
The location is OK, across the street you will find some interesting local places....

Eventhough around the hotel no shooping complex, at its lobby got Starbuck cafe for easy tea time & relax.
If you want halal foods, walk opposite hotel road we could find Halal food small restaurant about 20-30mins walkway.

  • Dated, over priced and incompetent staff cost me 550RMB!

Corby, United Kingdom | Jun 19, 2025 | Trip type: Business

I stayed here for 1 night during the Canton Fair and really wish I hadn't. The décor is extremely dated and in need of a serious refurb. As expected, the price had been hiked up due to the local exhibition but to charge 1000RMB (company discounted rate!) for that standard of hotel is unreasonable - at any time of year.
Rooms were of a reasonable size but that's about it.
Wifi was slower than dial up - very frustrating as when travelling on business, wifi is essential.
I had a number of meetings in Dongguan which is around an hour away. Having previously lived and worked in DG, my usual driver was busy so decided to ask the front desk concierge to order me a taxi to the Pullman Forum hotel in Dongcheng. Knowing there were a couple of Pullman hotels in DG I provided the full address to ensure that I was sent to the right one. the front desk worker assured me of his clear understanding and spoke to the driver and sent me on my way.
I made the huge mistake of falling asleep and when I woke up - 2 and a half hours later - I was in a random carpark in the middle of nowhere. the driver was adamant that he had taken me to the right location. I then phoned the hotel to ask them why they had sent me here and after another 20 minutes of explanation, agreed they were in the wrong and provided the right address. Another 3/4 of an hour later - we arrived at the wrong Pullman!! I then gave up on the hotel and called a local friend of mine who quickly directed me to the correct location. The whole trip took well over 3 and half hours and cost me over 850RMB - should have taken around an hour and cost approx. 300RMB.
When I returned to the hotel and explained what they had done and the financial implications - nobody seemed particularly bothered. Just a half hearted 'sorry'
Complete incompetence and shocking to think that this can happen.
I will never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone
