  The service apartments locates in the city center of Guangzhou, downstairs is a big mall with a nice supermarket and food court. There are also many restaurants and cinemas in the same building. Very convenient and easy access to the subway. The apartment facility is really good with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. But you can only use them under request.
  The space inside the room is very big. Downstairs there's kitchen with a living room and dining area, with with a guest bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom with another bathroom.
  Nice and clean.
  Too bad there's no in room phone inside the apartment so you can only use your mobile if you need to contact the front desk. No room service or breakfast included. No gym is another pity.

  Apartment is good with duplex style. living area is very good with all facilities like kitchenette, washing machine etc. but not providing any utensil was very annoying. Room is small. Unlike hotels there is nobody to attend you for any requirement as such. No drinking water is provided. Bathrooms are very small, while bathing water spills everywhere. Overall not a good experience.

  I was here during my first week in Guangzhou for business.
  The apartment is really big, it's a loft with a nice kitchen and living room at the first floor and the bedroom upstairs. When I entered inside I noticed immediately the huge window with the amazing view on Tian He Road.
  The place was quit clean and provides everything a person needs for his stay. Really recommended for businessmen, families and travelers who are planning to stay a long period in GZ. There are also many shopping places, markets and restaurants nearby.

  Booked this plave to surprise my girlfriend's first trip to guangzhou. The room was duplex with bedroom upstairs. It has facilities like washing machine and fridge with cooking if u wanna cook.
  The place was quite different with customer service and seems cold and odd. If u like a place with no service then this is the one. My opinion is to look for a 3 star to 4 star hotel instead. Location is brilliant but overall the experience was all to quiet.

  I stayed at the hotel/Apt during Canton Fair. Maybe for that reason, the service was pretty good. Check in was on first floor, right as you enter the building and had no trouble checking in or checking out. We stayed in a twin duplex with max occupancy of 2, however the room has two double beds instead of single bed so we able to fit 4 adults in one room. One double bed in the upstairs bedroom and the other one was parked in a corner in the dining area next to kitchen. It almost seem like management realized there are these extra space in the unit, and put another bed to increase sleeping space to accommodate more people. The dining table was move to the side, right next to the living room sofa.
  However, I requested a non-smoking room due to allergy. The room on 30th floor was reek with smoke. I mentioned it to the front desk as I was leaving. They did something while I was away or not because I left the A/C on hoping it will do something. It still reeks when I return including the bedding in bedroom. I had to spay the room w/my perfume many times over to get rid of the smell. I was surprise to see a phone in the living room, because many reviewers in agoda said were none. There was a kitchen but no kitchenwares or utensils. There were 2 cups and a water boiler with complimentary instant coffee and tea packs.
  The views from my room on the 30th floor was amazing, love it! Having to switch elevator on 23rd floor every time was bit of annoying. The room itself is spacious and clean. Wifi was strong and no problem logging in. All instructions in the room was in Chinese and that is annoying. Basically, you’ll have to figure things out. There are two bathrooms, one full bath and half bath. This is where the hotel/apartment start falls short. Door handle in upstairs bathroom is falling apart and you have to be careful when closing the door. Excellent shower pressure, however floor needs cleaning. The shower stall has molds/mildew on the ground and all over the edges. It’s gross. All of us wore our flipflops into the shower.
  I would only recommend for anyone if you only need a place to stay for a night or two max. Other then that find another location.
