  A reasonable price commedation for a flat 2 rooms with a full equipped kitchen and a free wi fi . This great priced residence hotel has all the needs for travelers who wanted to save a huge money on staying .The breakfast Buffett is up to very goof they even has an espresso machine for Fresh coffee to enjoy.The locatito is very safety near almost 3 malls one of them is underground the highway amazing.

  Home away from home-that's how I feel whenever I stay in Springdale Guangzhou. I've been to Guangzhou for more than five times in the past two years for business. Four out of those five times I stayed in Springdale.
  The rates are very reasonable. The rooms (I've tried the one-bedroom, two-bedroom deluxe and exrcutive) are extremely spacious; you will never feel short on space like how you would normally feel in expensive hotels.
  The location is wonderful. You have several convenience stores within walking distance. Malls are very accessible (Tee-mall 3-minute walk, Grandview-10 minute walk, Tai Koo Hui-5 minute taxi ride). There's also an MTR (subway) exit in front of the hotel.
  More than the reasonable rates and excellent location, hotel staff is extremely friendly. On my most recent stay (August 2015), I joined their weekly jogging activity in Sun Yat Sen University. The staff was friendly and I got to meet other hotel guests. We also got to see the beautiful campus. Furthermore, they were extremely generous to have allowed me to check-out late (2 pm). It's these details that truly made my stay in Springdale wonderful.
  I'm planning to go back this November 2015 and I'm already looking forward to see familiar faces.

  Title of my review is apt ..This is first time me and my wife travelled to China being cognizant of the language issue. We reached slightly earlier than check in time, reception staff was courteous enough to give us standby room for 2-3 hours. Whenever we need any help on directions , mobile connection , staff was always courteous to help us . Good thing that most of frond desk staff speak and understand English . We stayed there for 3 weeks, both me and wife enjoyed the Friday evening jogs organized by them . They also provide free transportation for shopping to supermarkets near by and needless to say , safety is always assured there when I was travelling for business purpose. Springdale is at walking distance from subway/Festive walk and Many famous eating joints in CBD . Stay at spring dale made our stay memorable.. thanks to front desk People Stephen, Vinson, Noha, Maki, Bruce and other whose names we don't remember ...

  Excellent Loction, very near subway and Teemail very big shopping center. Hotel room is clean, but a little bit old. Breackfast is good, but standard. Restrant is available only for breckfast. So rate to average.

  We stayed at this serviced apartment for 4 nights and it turned out to be one of the best experiences in Guangzhou. The two bedrooms apartment were spacious and clean. Wifi signal was excellent and the staff were all polite.
  I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who will visit Guangzhou! Please see my photos and vote for me if u find this review helpful.
  P.S. we took a taxi from Baiyun airport and it took us almost an hour as traffic was really bad. Subway, 7-11 and shops are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We paid 450 rmb to hire a minivan to take us to the airport. you can contact hotel staff for more details.
