  A so-so hotel that was really hard to find: its name is a good 50, 60 feet up so it was hard to find. Taxi drop off location is at the corner of the street, not in front of the hotel so it was hard to lug a whole bunch of suitcases to get a taxi to the airport.
  The room is small, clean. The hotel is right next to many shopping centers so it was very convenient. Taxi was easy to get.

  Booked a day before travelling and got a call from the reservation team after 20 minutes confirming the reservation (very impressive!) She can’t speak but we manage to communicate in writing.
  Travelled alone to Guangzhou and I have no difficulties locating the property. Stuffy lobby filled with good looking receptionists, but do not have too much knowledge with the surrounding. A non-attentive MOD - The counter was packed with people, he just proceed to his tasks and let the guest remain queued to be attended by others.
  Booked the smallest room. Frankly speaking, many chipped holes could be found so is crack line. But clean room, sufficient space is what i want. Therefore, it's good enough for me, although it took a while to "feel" the air-con. Personalized breakfast, so don't expect much.
  Overall, the stay is sufficient for me too. A little more smile and extended with more hospitality attitude would make my rating for this property score higher.

  Have stayed here several times during the Canton Fair. The prices are quite reasonable, especially at that time. The better rooms (do not go for the cheaper ones as they are lower down, noisy, small and not nice) are higher up, spacious and contain all the necessary requirements including a decent bed, flat screen TV, fast internet, Basic kitchenware etc. The rooms have a small kitchenette which is great for cooking up light meals or heating up ones and you can buy good cooked food at the upmarket Grandview Mall's supermarket across the road. Do not bother with their breakfast as it is bad, rather go to one of the nearby resaurants for a good cheap breakfast. The metro is next door and about 10meters away.

  stayed there for 1 night when my trip to another city was delayed.
  i think the train station is nearby although i didnt have to take it.
  the location of the hotel is on the 7th floor of an office building (if memory serves me right).
  rooms were small and basic. my room on the 9th floor. decor was pretty modern and chic i must say.
  the sink was located beside the bed, not in the toilet. so if you are a messy washer, you may have wet floors (which is my pet peeve)
  breakfast was a RMB10 voucher for a food stall opposite the building. cant get you much so prepare to top up.
  kitchenette and washing machine was located along the common area with a table and chairs.
  may be good for someone who is staying more longer term.

  This was the 3rd time for us to stay at this apartmenthotel.
  After having read the last Tripadvisorreviews I was a bit afraid the standard would have come down, but happily for us it didn't at all. We still loved the clean and bright rooms (huge windows overlooking the impressive skyline), with a kitchenette inside, comfortable beds and a big flatscreen TV with many channels on it. The receptionists are okay. They don't speak loads of English, but are always willing to help out. The location is excellent in the Tianhe area (if you are looking for the new Guangzhou instaed of the old part), very close to the Grand view shopping mall, a metrostation and several great restaurants and a 7-11 supermarket.
  We would definetely stay here again next time.
