  This is a tiny out of the way little bed & breakfast type place in central Guangzhou, China.
  Pros:
  It's in a fairly good central location. And near appropriate subway stations and public transport.
  It is REALLY GOOD value for money. I booked via agoda.com and paid 260 reminbi per night which seems incredibly good value for money for a safe place to stay in central Guangzhou which provides breakfast and has decent air conditioning.
  The hotel seemed fairly safe and relatively clean which is the important thing.
  The staff do speak Cantonese and Mandarin. Not sure about their level of competency when it comes to English though.
  Cons:
  For some reason, the toilets failed on my first day. It's possible that it was some of routine yearly maintenance thing. Or it could have been some accident. But either way, my toilet would not work on the 1st day, and the plumbers were working on it during the day. Thankfully they fixed it by nightfall.
  The breakfast is really really cheap. I got a bowl of meagre congee. A bun. Some tea. And that was about it. Mind you, what do you expect for 260 renminbi a night?
  It can be a little hard to find. It's down a little alley way and then you turn left into a building. And take the elevator up to one of the higher floors.
  In summary, this is a safe, cheap place in central Guangzhou. I think the problem with the toilets was probably an unfortunate one off event (probably routine maintenance by the plumbers with hindsight). If I had to live on a very tight budget, I would definitely stay here again.

  广州的这家家园酒店还行，在广州算是中等条件吧，大厅里有提供订飞机票的，挺方便，酒店的环境也挺干净的，有两排电梯，电梯里挺宽敞的，还有电视，硬件设施还不错，价格也不贵，上次去出差，住的标间才168一晚，可可能是公司和他们家有合作，才这么便宜的额！房间的床还行，不算大，不过也够住了，就是上网比较麻烦，得设置这个那个的，十分繁琐！

  False advertising, wrong location, hard beds, floor dirty, crap of breakfast, wifi did not work well, no security, outsiders come nocking on your room at night.wallpaper peeling off. High price, staff doesn't speak English, no cooperation from them. They place themselves In the map in a location different from where they are. Night club at the entrance of the hotel.

  вообщем зеленое красивое здание на фото не из этой оперы, на самом деле это большое офисное здание из 16 этажей, гостиница расположена на 14-16 этажах этого знания.
  такой формат расположения отеля я еще не встречал.
  такого понятия как завтрак вообще не предусмотрено. Номер большой, но сделан очень по китайски с использованием самых дешевых материалов и мебели. - мебель вообще по моему какая то списанная из какого отеля в котором делали ремонт и за ненадобностью выбросили и привезли этот с позволения сказать Отель, при всем при этом ценник больше 100 USD за сутки, абсолютно не оправдан.

  就是一进来就觉得不舒服，真的没有什么服务，洗发露，淋浴露，牙刷牙膏等都没有提供，需要时购买的，一次性拖鞋都没有，什么东西都不敢用，下次就不会到这儿来的，但是能上网...
