When staying at the Mandarin Guangzhou i always receive exceptional service and care. The hotel has an extremely calm and professional feel which delivers in all aspects from the comfort within your room to the services and amenities within. The club floor which is taken care by Blake and his team always ensure my stay is a very comfortable one. I highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou.

Lovely Hotel

Difficult to fault the Mandarin Oriental. The hotel is very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and immaculately cleaned. The bed and bedding were very comfortable.

All the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Breakfast was good and mitchelin star restaurant lived up to its reputation.

All in all a very lovely and accommodating hotel.

The best Mandarin Oriental I stayed at

Everything was perfect! Very amiable personnel, spacious and clean room.My flight was late (11PM) and the personnel at the Club allowed me to stay until my taxi would pick me up at 8PM. This was a very considerate attention and I would like to peculiarly thank Catherine from the Club for her kindness and assistance.I had a hard summer and the SPA really helped me to relax. Shirley (if I am not mistaken) was very professional and attentive to my needs. I have an extremely sensitive skin and the products she used were very gentle and I had no skin issues afterwards (no itching, no blushing...). I absolutely recommend this hotel for someone like me who needs to recover from a very hot and stressful summer. This is a peaceful haven hidden in a very busy city.

Good hotel but not all the areas

Good hotel but the airport represent staff is not good quality. and i do not think should be the MO service standard. maybe the management did not know this at all. the girl not in a hotel uniform and shoes, and wearing a big bag behind. The logo paper is too cheap. Should be in a professional file. please do pay attention. This is brand image damage.
