I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Conveniently located, value for money hotel

Singapore, Singapore | Nov 11, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travel

The place was recently (as of Feb 2015) renovated so most of the furnishings are new and spanky. There are a few eateries located just beneath the hotel so it's rather convenient to get food. There's also an express bus service to the airport stopping at the Southern Airlines hotel thingy next door which offers a more convenient alternative to the airport than taking the MTR (which isn't that bad an option) if you're lugging your luggage around.
About the only thing that I find worth complaining about is that there tends to be a few louts advertising places to stay at (including the hotel itself) near the main entrance.

I went to this hotel during the Canton Fair in October, 2015 and stayed there for 5 days. The price was definitely higher as it is a system in Guangzhou during the Canton Fair. Though there are certain negative points overall I found it a pleasurable experience. The language problem is an overall phenomenon but at least the desk staff all speak good English. Better still they are helpful and pleasant with a smile on their face all the time. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is generally good. The free shuttle service to and from the Canton Fair is a big ++. The location is very convenient which is next to the Guangzhou railway station and the cloth wholesale market. The KFC next door is really helpful as are the other restaurants and shops along the hotel. 2 Mc Donalds are nearby, one at the railway station and another across the road. A taxi stand at the station makes it convenient to travel as is the easy access to the efficient Metro. Free breakfast was available and had a good spread and quantity was never an issue. Always had a hearty breakfast before heading to the fair. The pumpkin pies were awesome. The free wi-fi is good and one doesn't need to go to the lobby to access. They have individual routers in the rooms.
It's not a very big hotel and if you're looking for 5 star service then stay away. But for a medium business traveler it's a good selection.
The negative points are that except at the desk no one speaks any English but they've become smart enough to use apps to translate so one does get the message across. I would stay there again on my next visit.

  • Low price but Not recommended.

The location is good if you are interested in the nearby market, but you have to expect that the neighborhood is really not nice.
It is like you are walking through the old poor streets to get there.
The room is small, and smells a little bit. The bed is so damn stiff. It is extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
The people there are very friendly and supportive although they speak very limited English.
I felt cold in my room because I turned the air conditioning on heating but it turned out that it was throwing in cold air, I told them about it and they extremely kind and got me an electric heater.
If you just want to be there for the markets and you dont care about the fancy stuff then you can consider it.
Breakfast is offered in a nearby restaurant. It is not wow, so if it is not complimentary then dont take it.

  • Normal hotel

Nove Mesto nad Vahom, Slovakia | Nov 2, 2025 | Trip type: Business

It was my 1st visit in China and I expect everything but it was Ok. When we come we saw 1st room and it was terrible but after they hotel staff changed our rooms. Room was clean, but smells. I was very satisfied with curtains (very heavy and wide-perfect thing in night, when you want sleep), but Chinese people are different culture and all night I listen how they scream, banged the door and my sleeping was poor. In all hotel smell cigarettes (in EU is forbidden) and I was surprised from it.
Location is best on hotel (MTR, Shops, railway station) and breakfast in hotel was normal, nothing special but it was edible.

  • Nice Hotel and Location!

Stayed there from October 13 to 18 for Canton Fair, the hotel location is nice and near the MRT subway and Guangzhou Train station. Hotel staffs are friendly. Chris is very friendly and can speak english. taxi and shuttle bus to the airport is just outside and are all walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!
