We really love this property. This must be our 4th or 5th stay and it's still outstanding!
We stayed twice this July with a stay the front end of our China vacation and a stay at the back end of our China vacation.

What makes this property special is the people. When our plans changed, Chad at the front desk effortlessly rearranged our airport transportation. When we checked in for our second stay the front desk staff remembered our first stay and gave us the exact same room. And of course, Josephine Tan and all of the other lounge staff employees get high marks for personalized service. From the doormen to the maids we were never greeted without a smile.

Tianhe is a modern area of Guangzhou. Two huge shopping malls (Grandview and Teemall) are within walking distance. The Parc Central (Apple/Tesla) is across the street. Be sure to check out the Canton Tower and a night cruise on the Pearl River is beautiful too.

I say this every year and I'll say it again, we'll be back!

I had another wonderful visit at this property. While I was told the rooms were being revamped I noticed nothing by way of noise or disruption. The staff did a great job getting me into a room, too, after my travel agent mistakenly cancelled my reservations. Thank you!

Nice stay in convenient location

I only stayed one night, however I was quite impressed by this hotel. As an SPG gold member, I was upgraded to an executive level floor which was a good size, and had a very comfortable bed. They gym was pretty good and has all you need for a decent workout, and there was a good variety of food available at the breakfast buffet.

Stayed a few days at this hotel on a business trip to Guangzhou. It is indeed well located in the middle of business district and access to most places. Hotel staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!

Great hotel with an almost endless breakfast selection

This is an upmarket hotel with spacious rooms, very good breakfast spread and good coffee shop. There are also separate dining areas for groups - the meals provided are tasty and of good variety. The staff are friendly and helpful.
