  I've had a very pleasant stay in this good hotel. Well organized, well equipped rooms and very helpfull staff. Very good value for money and the hotel can easy be compared with the bigger named hotels. Good additional facilities such as restaurant. Close to metro station.

  We stayed 3 nights at Leeden and really loved it. This is not a luxury hotel or do they pretend to be one. It has modern and sober decor and design. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. The staff is very helpful. There is a computer in the room, convenient for Internet search if your mobile does have limited international roaming. It is also very quiet.
  The buffet breakfast offers decent choices and is of good quality. For example the egg tarts and "yaw za goai" are excellent. We also tried the Japanese restaurant that seems to be quite authentic.
  The location is good too, near metro station and not far from business district.
  Very good value for money hotel in Guangzhou. I hope the quality will remain and the maintenance will continue to be as good because I intend to stay again at Leeden when I am back to Guangzhou.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring my key card and I just told them my birthday and then they gave me another new key card. Location is excellent and it just needs 10-15 mins to reach GZ East Station and it is just few mins walking to Metro. It has a Convenience Store and few restaurants nearby and you can get what you need actually.
  About the room, it was excellent as I stayed in higher floor with 2 small rooms inside, and with free all soft drinks in the mini bar. It also had one PC inside for your use. WIFI is ok and reasonable.
  Breakfast was good with varieties. Good choice
  I will definitely come again to stay there.

  This is a nice property, close to the exhibition complex. They have a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Pachong Exhibition Complex. The rooms feature free minibar and when I stayed in May 2015, I was upgraded to a suite which has a computer in the room. WiFi connection was good but Google is blocked like everywhere else in China. So best to setup another email account like Yahoo for travel to China.
  The Chinese restaurant at the hotel serves good food at reasonable prices and fairly large portions. The hotel is about 4 blocks from the Zhujiang New Town subway station.
  The hotel staff spoke English reasonably well and they were able to direct us to a couple of restaurants and places to go during our stay.

• Best Value for Money In Guangzhou During The Canton Fair.

  I have been staying at this hotel for the last five years. I have never been disappointed. The hotel is located in the Tianhe District in the Zhujiang New Town area. It is surrounded by a multitude of modern skyscrapers and office and residence buildings. The new town area is great. Very modern, clean and quite western in nature. The Zhujiang New Town subway station is just a block away. Getting to the hotel is easy as well. From the Guangzhou East Railway station, you can take a direct subway line 3 to Zhujiang New Town Station, or you can take a taxi (cost about 30 RMB and takes 10 minutes). From Baiyun Airport, take Subway line 3 as well. It take about 40 minutes, but it is faster and cheaper than a taxi. Although it is the same line, you do have to change trains at Tiyu Xilu. However the change is easy you get off the train and go across the platform. That is it. No stairs or long distances to walk. At Zhuliang New Town station, use Exit A2 to get to the hotel. Once you go up the escalator at exit A2, make a right. Go to the next intersection (there should be the COSCO building on the South West corner) and make another right. Go to the end of the block and the hotel will be across the street. There is a big sign and a 7-11. You cannot miss it. Just around the hotel are quite a few restaurants that have sprouted up in the last few years. There is the Tavern Sports Bar and Restaurant about 3 blocks away, McCawley's Irish Pub and Restaurant is about 2 blocks away,.and there are numerous Chinese restaurants around as well. There is a 7-11 at the the corner of the hotel in you need to get snacks and water etc..The hotel is also very close to the US Consulate, and Tianhe Park that was built for the Asian Games. The park is very beautiful at night. It get completely lit up, and draws a lot of people. It is just wonderful (must visit at night). Around the park is the modern looking Guangzhou Library, the Guangzhou Museum and the Opera house. The hotel is also one mile south of the Tee Mall, which has numerous restaurants. the hotels has two restaurants on the second floor. One is used for the breakfast buffet which is quite substantial and well laid out. The other is a sushi restaurant, which is quite good.
  The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. I usually get the executive room which is of good size and bigger than the business room. Plenty of space for two guests. The bathroom is quite big as well. The mattresses, linens, towels etc.. are of very good quality. In general it is quite comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows and the decor make the room feel warm yet airy.The contents of the mini bar are complimentary though there is only one of each item. There is also tea and coffee available in the room. The WiFi is free and quite reliable. Never had an issue with it. The front desk staff is very pleasant and welcoming. English is no longer a problem. Check in and check out is very efficient. Getting a taxi from the front door of the hotel is no problem as well. there are always cabs waiting there. I am always in Guangzhou for the Canton Fair and the hotel provides daily free shuttle service to and from the fair. The ride take roughly 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It has everything, location, proximity to the fair, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great value.
