• Great location, perfect for families

  It is my second time in GZ. Having stayed at the Olden part of GZ (Liwan district) I decided to stay in Tianhe this round. What a big difference!
  I had a magnificent view of the city from level 22. Highest floor is 33. The entrance to Fraser Suites seems rather small n hidden though. It is linked to One Link Mall and Shipaiqiao Metro Station is directly below, with a special entrance/exit for FS guests.
  Breakfast is adequate and decent.
  Housekeeping was rather late though. On my second day, we got back at 4-430 but Housekeeping wasn’t done yet. The guy offered to clean but since we were in, we just asked for a change of towels n top-up of water n coffee capsules. (Nespresso machine in the kitchen)
  On the 3rd day, no Housekeeping was done because we received a card message saying that we had activated the ‘Do Not Disturb’ button. Hmm... we could have accidentally pressed it. They offered Housekeeping services until 430/530 (I can’t rem the exact time). But clearly past the time so no Housekeeping.
  On the 4th day, while we were in, we finally got to see the housekeeper. We pitied her as she was working all alone to clean up a huge two-bedroom apartment. We asked for a change of towels. The apartment was still generally clean. We wished FS could deploy a pair at least. When we got back at 3pm, she was still in one of the rooms at the same level.
  
  The kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the Nespresso coffee and TWG tea!
  Many TV channels to keep the sports and news fanatic entertained.
  The washer and dryer were in the bathroom and they were indeed user-friendly and perfect for our stay!
  Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, umbrella (it rained for 4 days!) safe, room robe and slippers- all checked!
  
  Many mid-to-high price eateries in the area. Malls are also on the mid to high end range. For serious shopping, just get on the metro.
  Perfect for families as everything is so accessible.
  
  Definitely worth the stay!

• Great Place for Families

  We stayed here during our adoption trip. We had two adults and two children under 4. The staff was so nice and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Great location, great pool, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen. The housekeeping staff was terrific. The breakfast buffet is so wonderful, I miss it and wish I could have it every day! The location was perfect for us. So much to see and do, easy to get a taxi, and many things in walking distance. If we were in Guangzhou again I would definitely stay here.

• Great Location. Very Nice Room. Modern

  We were very pleased to find this hotel at the exit from the subway. This made it super easy to base our trips out of the hotel.
  
  The hotel adjoins a mall, so if you need a quick bite, a coffee, or just like people watching, then you are in the right place.
  
  Our Room was very modern with comfortable beds, and a super nice shower.
  
  And it had a washer and dryer!

• hospitality with a toddler

  We spent two nights here (with our two year old) as a part of an extended layover. We arrived at about 9am expecting to have to wait a few hours for our room to be ready and were checked in right away - they also gave us a late check out at no additional charge. The hospitality was great, room clean, nice pool area. There was a children's play room which was a bonus. The hotel is right next to a train line which is very easy to navigate. Close to LOTS of shopping and the impressive Huacheng Square. Please note, the only food they serve is breakfast which is a large buffet. Overall, good value for money.

• My best place to stay in Guangzhou!

  It s like home this place. I always stay there. Everything is just top notch from the minute you enter to check in until you check out! It is extremely well situated as connected to a nice mall. Close to metro and business centre. Room is spacious and bed so comfortable. Breakfast is great and they have really a wo derful staff!
