  I ended up staying here for almost 3 weeks. And it was a wonderful staff. The room was very nice.
  
  But what makes this hotel stand out was the staff. By the 3rd day, when I arrived at breakfast, I was greeted by name and they knew my room number. And were always friendly and smiling.
  
  Same with the Executive lounge, very quickly, they knew who I was, and what I wanted, and things just appeared.
  
  This is what service should be like.
  
  And a great location near the underground mall in the new part of town. Close to subway stations, and many restaurants.

  Whenever I am in Guangzhou I always visit the museum. It's like a traditional thing. Likewise I stay always at this Ritz because of his proximity to the museum. Plus I like the exquisite service and quality of customer care I receive all the times. People may say it's expensive but it's not considered of the great experience and pleasure you feel all the times you stay at Ritz.

  The staff here was more than helpful. They tried to pick the ring for me, the gift, all the preparation. I think we spent more than five hours to do all of that. Nice choice on the gifts by the way. Nice honeymoon setup for the suite. Thanks a lot.

  A wonderful stay on the club floor at the Ritz Carlton here in Guangzhou, the team on this floor are outstanding, Roxanne an intern prepared full directions on how to get to the old town, to experience a very popular selection of desserts. As well as menu selection written in Chinese for you to fully enjoy. Lexie the club supervisor assisted with full subway directions to a business meeting 1.5 hours away, the care and detail that the team adds to your experience. Beautiful guest rooms, well maintained and clean. Last point the executive chef and his team just earned a Michelin star for their Chinese Restaurant, and a Michelin plate for the Italian Restaurant. Will return again in October for a longer stay.
