Matera, Italy | Aug 31, 2025I came to the hotel with double bed room full, and paid extra to upgrade to the suite and gain access to the executive lounge. It was a comfortable experience staying in the suite and the staff, namely Jonathan and Joy, are very friendly and professional ! The breakfast in the lounge offer good range of food option, and the lounge environment offer much privacy.

Hong Kong, China | Aug 28, 2025This is the number 1 hotel I will choose to for stay in Guangzhou. Extremely value for money as a Hilton property. Great location within walking distance to the train station, subway and local restaurants with different price range. The property is well kept after over 10 years of operation. the housekeeping ladies are well mannered. One most important point is that the service standard of the executive lounge never fails my expectation - Jasmine and Jonathan made such a great team to check us in efficiently with different preferences for our family of 13 ranging from 1 year-old to 70 year-old!

I had a discussion with Joseph, Director of Operations, and told him about the many things I like about the hotel and slight suggested changes. Cici and Michael are both Executive Lounge managers, leading different shifts; both were very attentive and always offered assistance when I visited the Executive Lounge. I recall very pleasant encounters with both of them on past stays.
What i like about this hotel: The overall quality of the hotel, its guest rooms, bed and bedding; the quality of the food offerings; the quality of the Executive Lounge and its food and drink offerings; attentiveness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff conveniently located close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, a bus terminal, and two metro Stations within a 6 to 8 minute walk; very helpful concierge team; and more.
