Service of staff was quite good though. If I return probably would return for their staff. nothing extraordinary, however overall I am happy with room and specially service. -

Sunnyvale, California | Mar 31, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessNot really what I think of when I think of a Westin. Rooms are fine, but nothing special, same with the lounge. Breakfast buffet is definitely subpar for higher end Hotels in China. Plus side, there a lot of restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel. I have since moved on to the newer Sheraton or Hyatt Regency, which don’t have much around them but are far more luxurious and with great breakfasts.
