  Been there for three weeks. Extremely helpful staff. Great choice of food, not limited to Chinese.
  Station is close by in case you wish to travel anywhere and located at a busy center. You as well try the breakfast buffet and various offers on spa and bar. Pool is for in house guests. Look forward to visit again.

• What an exceptional hotel

  Exceptional staff. Extremely professional polite and friendly. Fantastic room luxurious very clean and very well thought out. I looked through the room for a particular item and during my search I found every conceivable thing that one might forget to pack.
  Office supplies scissors stapler pens. Shoe trees, polish, gas mask, umbrella the list goes on and on down to the smallest handy things including a cuticle pusher.
  Very comfortable bed.
  Whoever sat down and figured out what should be in a room really did a great job.
  The breakfast was incredible pretty much
  anything you could imagine and all very fresh and tasty.
  The Brazilian restaurant was good. We dined in private dining rooms otherwise so all I can comment on was the decor and food both were fantastic.
  Someone commented that the lifts are slow. I disagree. I think that they are set at a speed that does not cause discomfort in your ears or stomach. Many lifts in tall buildings are way to fast an uncomfortable.
  This is truly a grand 5 star hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
  

• Best Hotel in Foshan

  Intercontinental has been recomended to us as the best hotel in Foshan and so it should be. Located in the heart of the modern commercial development area of Foshan, it has convenient access to the cente of activities: shopping malls and the beer street in the park nearby.
  The hotel has a grand entrance lobby and our guestroom on the executive floor is well-appointed with separate areas for the bathroom, walk-in closet and powder room, and a splendid view of the area for a very comfortable stay. The executive lounge with panoramic view of the city serves an excellent breakfast and a sumptuous evening high tea with a good supply of snacks, drinks (including alcohol), which is more than adequate even for dinner consumption. Indeed, on the rainy evening that we were there, we spent a splendid few hours in the lounge enjoying the nice food, drink and city view in the exclusive environment.
  If there are areas for improvement it would be the equipment in the gym which need better maintenance and the rather slow moving lifts which take a little time to reach the high floors. However, these do not distract the fact that Intercontinental is indeed an excellent hotel to stay in Foshan.

  This place has been my hotel of choice in Foshan for the last five years.
  I normally visit Foshan two or three times a year so when a colleague stayed a few months ago and was a bit critical I was surprised and concerned.
  I need not have worried.
  My recent visit was everything I've come to expect and the reason I choose to stay at The InterContinental.
  Helpful, friendly staff. Comfort and cleanliness. Great bed and shower.
  Walking through the impressive entry feels like coming home.
