Rooms are good but breakfast buffet is not

Staff at the reservation desk was very very help on upgrading my rooms (with a fee) to connected. Staff at reception was also professional.
Bad expereince: I purchased the breakfast buffet (RMB88 each at a special discount for guests, this price is indeed not cheap by the standards in Foshan) for my family after checking in. We visited the restaurant on 50/F when it opened at 6:30am and, perhaps it was too early, the staff seemed not ready for guests. In addition, the food is also not ready as some of the dishes were dried and hard (such as Chinese buns) and drinks were cold (such as "hot" coffee). Shall all the staff and food be ready by 6:30am as the restaurant should expect their guests to come at the opening time?
