Being honest, it's always hard to knock a true Chinese business hotel.

So, lets start with the positives...This place is comfortable, roomy, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The service in the lobby bar is really good with a good selection of mixed drinks and beers.

Negatives: REALLY pathetically slow internet service. Hopelessly, crazy slow internet. Not fast enough to maintain a Facetime conversation.

And, if you are an avid non-smoker, the rooms are permanently permeated with cigarette smoke smell. The furniture, pillows, curtains, etc. You cannot escape it.

Another positive... the spa on the 4th floor. The BEST 100 RMB you will spend for a 70 minute foot massage which includes an upper back, shoulder, head, and an awesome foot massage. Ask for Tina...she is fantastic.

The place gets a three star because it is old and dated and smells of smoke.

Even if not a real Hyatt is to be considered a good affordable . Well appointed rooms, though dated, good cleanliness and excellent breakfast service.Very frequented by Italians visiting this productive town. Good Option.

I love their breakfast, so many options, and yummy croissant. The staff there are treat me nice, I stayed for five days, and the staff remembered what I would like for the seats and coffee. They are awesome.
The rooms are old for sure since it is an old hotel. But that I can tolerate.
The air conditioner was unstable, and they help me to upgrade the room, and both rooms are fine.
The original room when I opened the door, I will hit the toilet!! That's so weird.
But the upgrade one is great, that is the one for the business room.
If you don't mind the room is old, you can visit here.

This hotel is centrally located in Houjie near shops, restaurants, and about 2kms from the exhibition parks.
This hotel is well run and the staff are excellent. All the facilities that the international traveller requires are available. Clean, good sized rooms, good breakfasts, and European cuisine in the restaurant. Reasonably priced. It runs a loyalty program with its sister hotels in the group. Recommended.

Good location in town, high end hotel for a cheap price (but we're in Dongguan, it's normal). Service is excellent and rooms are quite big. I also used the massage service which was really nice. The breakfast is amazing as you can get your choice of egg, delicatessen, cheese, pastries... I recommend the place.
