Excellent western style hotel

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. We've stayed here a number of times before but this time the staff and service has climbed several notches. It's probably because of Ms. Love Joy Rillera, the new Guest Service Manager, I watched how she went about her work and could see that she was on top of everything. Always with a smile and very helpful. Somebody made a good choice in getting her to work there. Excellent. Hope to be back soon.

I have now stayed in this hotel several times and have had a good experience. This hotel has a typical Chinese style ecstatic's with its large lobby area and offers multiple restaurants options. The rooms are very large which is typical and have a nice bathroom area. The mattress is comfortable and the overall appearance of the room décor is fresh and updated. The rooms are clean and allow for you to relax after a busy day of travel's and business dinners. The WIFI is slow, but this is typical in Chinese style hotels. The breakfast is very good as it offers Asian and Western style food options. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful as they help me arrange the morning taxi to the airport.

Loved this hotel. Had a room with a wonderful view of the City. Excellent breakfast. Service minded personel. Nice bar. Situated close to a shopping mall and there are lots of small restaurant close by. I would come back :-)
