I travelled through China for 2 days and spent a night at the hotel. Comfortable and large room. Good bed. Large bathtub and separate shower. Not close to any shops. Breakfast was good but could have a Halaal option. Hairdryer slow, could be improved.

A clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of the Chang'an district - rooms are spacious, clean, bed offered a great night's sleep and the bathroom was huge and with a massive round tub.
Dinner at the japanese restaurant was superb, and the breakfast was nothing to complain about!

I’m a frequent business traveler. This is my 2nd time staying at Pullman Dongguan Changan. Overall, the hotel is good. However, hotel front desk was short staffed. Check out line instruction was not clear. People cut in and formed a 2nd line but 2 front desk staff was too busy to pay attention on who arrived first. Definitely need hotel management team to spend more time on the ground to understand customer needs and provide better customer experience.
