Hong Kong, China | Jul 22, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesRoom is spacious and clean with street view. Staff is polite and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located.The bus for Keyuan Garden and Opium War Museum stops right outside the hotel. Travellers can easily find restaurants nearby.

The room and all is fine. Only complain I would have is the bed board which shows signs of aging with scratches, etc... this is the closest place we lay our head at night so it’s not an inviting sight. Room 1916.
I feel your staff at reception can be trained more to be more proactive in handling matters. They are polite and courteous but it does have to stop there. I asked if they have a shaver when I checked out as it was not in the room. They told me they don’t have it at reception but only housekeeping. They should have asked someone from housekeeping to bring it down while I was waiting at the lobby. You can do good or you can do better. -

Since temperatures are lower now the room was comfortable. For the price, the room was a good value. As a guest, you also receive discount pricing for the buffet dinner, which is a plus unless you're fighting for space when a bus tour rolls through.
A tip: with an executive room, you can get two articles of clothing laundered a day if you allow your sheets to be changed every other day. Very useful if you're on an extended stay.
Helpful staff as well. -
