  The property in located at City Center of this beautiful city. The experience of class can be felt right at the entry gate itself. Very high standard of staff training and professionalism should have ben put in as system of grooming. The rooms are very nice and clean. The amenities are one of the best . The bed quality and the air-conditioning system are very good. The sleep quality was very good. As we were checking out before startup time of breakfast the restaurant prepared breakfast packs too.

• East meets west

  There are two wings -east and west. I stayed in the West wing and it had been considerably refurbished, and was very modern - possibly too modern for me. The bathroom, loo and shower were in a glass box, with glass dividing walls, which, in the dim lighting I did not see and on arrival, crashed into the glass wall. The automatic loo, while very clever, was a little of-putting, a hot seat when you sit down and sudden reverberations! The gym is in the east wing, and while fully equipped, it is just plonked in other functions, two squash courts, a snooker table, and ballet classes.
  The buffet dinner was fantastic value - all you could eat and drink.

• Good Business Hotel

  The rooms are absolutely huge with a bathroom to match. Once you have experienced the automatic toilets you will struggle to go back to the usual type. All the staff are friendly, the facilities are as good as any of the other top branded hotels and you are reasonably positioned for most restaurants and shops. Good value for money.

  It is a very nice hotel for business travelers. The location of this hotel is very good and the breakfast is good too. The room size is big enough and great, the auto toilet seat is impressive. The service provided by the hotel concierge was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definatly stay there again.

  Excellent hotel, lavishly decorated throughout and the attention to customer
  comfort/satisfaction is equal to (probably better than) a lot of the Hilton, Hyatt and Sheraton group hotels I have used over the years. The rooms are large with mini bar/fridge, desk and individual air conditioning, the en-suite is all marble with a bath and a walk in mini wet room, the loo had a variable heated seat with a fold down arm that gives you access to all the controls to adjust the temperature speed/direction of the water jets etc for the inbuilt bidet.
  The breakfast is a help yourself buffet style that covers all tastes be it vegetarian, European or oriental, if there is anything you can't find just ask and it's sorted on the spot. I never had any evening meals at the hotel but assuming that other meals were of the same standard as the breakfast I can't for see a problem. The side roads around the hotel sported various bars and restaurants, staffed by locals who were genuinely pleased to meet/serve you and all within a few minutes walk of the hotel lobby, there top designer shops both inside the lobby and along the road outside, all in all a very good hotel, I would have no reservation about returning on future trips.
