Well located to shops if you need to buy amenities or general shopping, the room was large enough for both of us to spread our luggage. The bathroom was a little on the small size though.
I dined at the restaurant on my own which was a challenge, but I did mange to eat a delicious meal.
Breakfasts had variety.
Wifi was EXCELLENT! We could even get Google and Gmail - must have had a VPN.

three nights - business trip. Hotel is largely catered to Chinese guests in my opinion but you still see very little westerners in CQ :)
Solid but nothing extraordinary...hence the 3 stars
+ Clean rooms
+ Conveniently located
+ Restaurant food was delicious!!
- Not all reception staff is versed in English which causes some delays (minor issue)
- Breakfast is sufficient but nothing special (minor issue)
- We were not allowed into the sky bar for some particular reason (lost in translation) (minor issue)

Chong Qing is a huge city, and having a quiet place to lay your head is essential.
About $100 per night with breakfast, we noticed mostly Europeans at this hotel. Breakfast was decent - a little on the small side, but we found enough to eat. Translation of breakfast (in description and execution) were often amusing. If you want anything other than instant 3-in-1 coffee mix, you won't find it at this hotel, not even at breakfast. Don't try to leave breakfast with a tea cup. They will chase you down and demand it back. I learned this personally... :-)
This hotel is walking distance to an upscale mall (Starbucks!) and decent seemingly clean restaurants.
In traffic, we spent an hour driving from the airport to the hotel. it was a little over 40 minutes returning to the airport in light traffic.

We stayed 2 days at the hotel and was surprised by the quality.
The room was large, and of a very high standard.
Clean and well equipped with all you need.
The check-in was friendly and very very efficient.
Considering that this hotel is located on a very busy street, there was no traffic-noise in the room.

This is one of good and standard hotel in Chongqing city,around 30 minutes drive from Chongqing International & domestic airport Normal business room is RMB 800 including breakfast for one or two.Check-out time is 12 noon. Hotel is situated 77 Changjiang 2nd road, Daping. 3 restaurants are available in the hotel, Chinese, Japanese & western. Foods are good and reasonable price. 24 hours room service few food menu is available incase you need. Laundry service is available. Rooms are equipped with air conditioners, television with limited English channels, Toilets are equipped with required amenities including safety Razors.
Only problem few staff can speak & understand English, some time you may feel difficult to express your requirement or test. website: wanyouhotel.com
