  Thank you for the care of Mia, Akira, Cindy, Snow and another gentleman I can’t remember the name in the front desk. It’s all about the warmth and care you get during your stay.
  
  I am a frequent biz traveller and over the last year, Chengdu is a place I traveled at least once per month. I always changed different hotel at the beginning but soon after I had my first stay with Ascott, this became my fixed place to stay everytime I visit the city.
  
  During my last visit to Chengdu, which was last week, my flight was cancelled on Monday and on Tuesday, I am not sure if I can get on the plane, it’s only at last moment, I confirm that my flight can really take off. I ask my colleague to help and arrange a room but the answer from my colleague was “Ascott is full”. After I landed, I messaged Mia for help and a room was quickly confirmed. I felt much relieved especially after the hassle from the flight cancellation. When I landed and arrived Ascott, it’s Cindy and Snow to receive me in the front desk. They knew what I have gone through and said, welcome home, we have prepare some bread and juice in your room and wish you had a good rest.
  
  When I entered to the room, it’s an upgraded, what a surprised! And the most memorable and touching moments was the hand written card and “we are always there for you.”
  
  I really felt like I am home, the attention, the care and the warmth you get makes you feel so touched. Ascott Raffle City Chengdu is my only choice everytime I fly to this city. The services you get - I would say it is even better than other five stars big names.
  
  Thank you all and see you again in September.

  This is my fourth trip to Chengdu in as many years but first stay at Ascott Raffles. Firstly, we arrived late in the evening and thehotel entrance was a PIG to find. The taxi dropped us off on the main road, we wandered into the Shopping Mall and no one seemed to know where the entrance to Ascot Raffles was - it took an age dragging our suitcases round the Mall until eventually we found the entrance right round the back - bit of a nightmare when tired and wanting to check in easily!!
  The Ascott Raffles was good value for money and I have no real complaints but I have definitely stayed in better Chengdu hotels and won't choose to stay at Ascott again. The Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Location is good and near to Metro
  Wifi not so good, I had to log in almost every five minutes in the room, and even when I reported it, the IT Team didn't resolve it. Subsequently I kept missing important Wechat messages because I had lost my connectivity. Breakfast was OK - not particularly warm or varied, just ok! There is a pool up on the top floor which was really nice. I will be visiting Chengdu again but am afraid I will not book Ascott Raffles
