Macau | Jan 12, 2026 | Trip type: Solo travelIt's such a wonderful experience in this journey of Chengdu. room is capacious and comfortable with all the facilities I need, more important, everybody I met was so enthusiastic and helpful since I stepped into the hotel.
Room Facilities:
Very good, just like I've said, it's wonderful.
Service:
Also brilliant, everyone is professional, for example GROs were so kind and patient to answer my question. During that time I was waiting for cheeking in, they use the time to introduce the hotel for me, it's a good way to make the waiting a little interesting hahahaha!
Breakfast:
Breakfast actually could be the highlight of this experience. I had my breakfast in EXECUTIVE LOUNGE in 19th floor. The environment was so good, not like the normal restaurant, it's quiet and more comfortable ( maybe it causes I love quiet environment). The foods of course were delicious and there were many meals which were all freshly-made. The service, actually, I have to say, it's perfect, every servicers were enthusiastic. Having break here would give you a new cognization about hotel breakfast, it could also be enjoyable and unforgettable!

Great hotel for business

Nuth, The Netherlands | Aug 17, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe hotel is located on the outskirts of Chengdu, near the Hi-Tech business zone. It's quite a drive (~1hour) from the hotel to the city centre or the tourist attractions. So not well suited for tourists.
I got a room on the executive floor, which are specious and well equipped. The bathroom was a bit run-down. All of the staff (front-desk, waiters, cleaning ladies) is extremely friendly and go their ways to help. The hotel offers a few restaurants and 24hour in-room service. It provides a small gym and a large heated in-door swimming pool, which can be crowded as locals use it as well. Don't bother going to the spa, it's not run by the hotel, is overpriced, and a way of providing additional services.
If you're looking for alternative restaurants I would recommend going to Wanda-Mall. It's a new western-style mall (don't expect any shops offering Chinese products here), where the 3rd floor is exclusive for restaurants. There are many restaurants offering authentic Chinese food, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Western. Prices are decent and the quality is good.
