  Always stayed at a different hotel. Chose Kempinski and I was pleasantly surprised. Overall hotel looks slick. Breakfast very good and many healthy options were available. Good swimming pool. check in and check out process fast.

  A bit on a lower level that you might be used from Asian/European Kempinskis, this hotel supplied everything I needed and at a reasonable cost.
  Good breakfast, good lounge, not so far from airport.
  Rooms also quite nice.

  Amazing service! Always friendly and top-notch. Staff are well trained and they know how to make guest happy.
  
  We were travelling with a group of six people. Despite the fact we arriving at 3:30 am in the morning the receptionist was smiling and the check-in process was very effective.
  
  Much to the great joy, they even managed to host a birthday surprise with sparkling wine, birthday cake, fruit, tea and a beautiful flower set up (payable) at 3:30 am (!). That was just too amazing!
  
  Also the breakfast was great.
  
  All staff at the Kempinski Chengdu are well trained, friendly and very professional! The next time we are travelling to Chengdu we will stay at the Kempinski again!
  
  A special thank you to Miss Sherry from the lady in red team!
  
  GM Mr. Jonas Illing has an awesome team of truly hospitality experts and we were happy to stay in the Kempinski!

  We had a great stay in this old hotel, Location is quite central and easy the reach the metro station. The rooms are neat and tidy, but need some updating, however they are clean. Special thank you to Chef Jyothish who paid special attention to our food needs, really excellent food. It certainly was very helpful and refreshing to have a english speaking Chef who could communicate with us and also was quite knowledgeable on the city and places to visit. Thanks Chef

  Had a great stay at Chengdu Kempinski! I love that the staff were helpful and they can speak English. They were very helpful especially in booking the taxis because we cannot speak Chinese. Welcome note and fruits were a nice touch. I also love their Executive lounge. The bed is very comfortable in the room and like the rooms slipers. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
