Odessa, Texas | Sep 15, 2025The hotel is within less than 75 meters of the subway entrance lines 1 & 4 I believe. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The concierge staff "Joe" and "Jack" are superb help. The entire staff is friendly. Try the independent coffee shop in the foyer. The Sidewalk cafe has some authentic teas that are worth a quiet relaxing indulgence. Multiple languages are spoken by the staff. A tiny bit of Mandarin helps but is not necessary.

There are shops in hotel lobby, tea shop, tailor shop etc. Before check in, bellman is polite and professional. Many details show the good service, Air conditioner is opened in advance, welcome amenities are cultural to Chengdu, and housekeeping quick to service to bringing the water. Turn down service is like to back to home. Good view at 30F. Restaurants on 2F, food+service are valued for money. Concierge help me booking car to airport drop-off. Very good experience to stay here, and best choice for business and travel............................
