A Nice Business Hotel
Em C
Frankfurt, Germany | Oct 10, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI stayed at the hotel for business purpose. The room is very nice: a rainforest shower head and a separate big bathtub. The breakfast was not too bad and the lunch was good. The services from housekeeping and the restaurant staff was good. The hotel is on par with some European business hotels. However, the location is not very convenient. It is located in one of the tourist attractions, with some restaurants nearby. Yet, there are no convenience stores or shopping mall thereby. (It is close to the industrial park in Wujin)

Great rooms

Jul 2, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI have stayed here twice and enjoyed the comfort of the rooms. Worth the cost, especially if you can get a discount which are sometimes available.
We chose this motel due to proximity to our local contacts. Remember Changzhou is a reasonably large city, although it is described locally as a "small city of 4 million people".
I have only had breakfast (buffet) as I ate out every night. Many restaurants nearby, including some fine "local" restaurants. Be adventurous I say.
Buffet was a mix of many cultures and I heard many languages (European business people) so they were trying to cover many cuisines.
Bar staff did not understand the European drinks. We wanted a scotch after we returned from dinner, but could only buy a bottle - not by the glass. It's been a few years since I have sat at a bar with a 750ml bottle!!!
Reception was very helpful when I requested internet connection.
We will be staying again when we go to Changzhou. -
Typical Chinese Ramada
Jim B
Germantown Hills, Illinois | May 1, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessVery nice facilities and some English, but service is poor. A/C not on in room and quite uncomfortable. Bed very firm but not as bad as some of the Chinese hotels. Not sure if the wifi signal I had was even from the hotel, but it worked fairly well. There are a number of restaurants in the area but we did not try any as we had business dinners with a supplier. Fitness room does not open until 8:00 AM when I need to leave every morning. Breakfast was on the lower end of what is typical with instant orange juice mixed with some real and similar things.

Never staying here again
DanishFIqbal
Lahore | May 28, 2025Went to Changzhou for a business trip. Booked this hotel over the Sheraton thinking to try something new. I didn't know I'll be living in the middle if nowhere and far away from Xinbei or Downtown. The service was poor nothing like an international chain. I would not recommend staying here for business. If someone's on a family vacation with a beautiful water park in the vicinity than would defenitely recommend staying here.

Room great, food blows, weird smells?
Lorenzo R
Santa Cruz, California | Mar 1, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessExecutive rooms are excellent with large bathroom with separate shower and nice big tub.
-1 Star = Food in restaurant blows whether its the breakfast or dinner buffet. Dinner buffet shut down about 7:45 pm on the night we arrived.
-1 Star = Strange odors permeated the hallways later in evening...I think this had something to do with the restaurant. Sort of nauseating.
-1 Star = Crappy Television: come on guys....in this age of satellite dishes...would it cost you THAT much to have a few basic English channels like CNN or Bloomberg?? I was stuck with only Chinese TV shows..and honestly...they all blow.
So...if this place could serve some decent food ....get rid of the weird odors...and have some decent cable TV....it could have had 5 stars....so sorry you get only 3 stars.
Is it time to go home yet?
