  The fitting out is great and attractive. However, the location and number of sockets is not convenient. Room wifi and TV were great. The dinner in Chinese style was great but lack of staff to transmit the hot dishes. There was room for improvement for the buffet breakfast.

  Hardware is great, room spacious, gym and pool are quite decent. However, same issues as so-called five star hotels in second, third tier cities, service is far lagged behind. Check in and check out took me way longer than usual. At gym, there was no clean towel on the shelf. When I asked for a clean towel, the lady at the reception kept asking me to look here or there (she was just sitting at the reception with no intention to move around and help). She only moved when I explicitly asked her to come out and get me a clean towel. I had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, the whole meal was like eating at some cheap local eateries except they charged high-end restaurant prices - almost unattended after being seated, food's bad (they claimed Cantonese but it's indeed far from authentic Cantonese), and I was asked to go out to pay although there were several waitresses hanging around doing nothing...I had room service for breakfast, again five-food prices for some worse-than fast foid chain stuffs. Overall very disappointed!!

  I recently stayed in Sheraton Changchun for a week, attending a conference there. I was overally pleased with the experience. The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The bathroom was exceptional and I thoroughly enjoyed the rain shower. Several bottles of mineral water were offered with the compliments of the hotel each day, which was a nice touch.
  The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, with a strong emphasis on Asian cuisine (not surprisingly). Room service was rather slow (around 50 mins per order) and the taste only average. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on. Their English was lacking but I never felt I couldn't communicate.
  The fitness center was very good with several treadmills, bicycles, and elliptical machines. Some free weights were also available.
  One complaint about the Spa. I had an aromatherapy massage, which due to scheduling was booked for late at night (11pm). The massage itself was pleasant enough but the lady giving the massage repeatedly offered to provide additional "services" for some extra cost that should be paid to her directly. I had to firmly decline several times. This made me feel uncomfortable and didn't allow me to fully relax and enjoy the massage. I wouldn't have expected such propositions from a member of the staff at a 5* establishment.
  Also note that the hotel is far away from most things (restaurants, downtown, shops, etc.). There is a cultural museum right opposite to the hotel and a movie theme park a kilometer away or so (walking distance for some).

  Hotel is very nice and spacious with nice and tasty breakfasts. For SPG club members also provided great happy hours with dinners for free. Big disadvantage is isolation. Its far from everything on the edge of the city which makes it not competitive. For same even lower price you can get better service in the centre of the city...

  After having tried many other alternatives for business trips in Changchun this is my new favorite place in the city
  Check In: Fast and extremely friendly. the recognized my SPG status and got a better room
  Rooms: Great (small windows but nice view), lot of space everything new, good bed
  Location: In one of the most beautiful areas of Changchun, very close to a nice park, you can go out to run. Not very central, rather resident area, not a lot of locations around
  Service, extremely friendly english speaking staff
  Food: tried only the Chinese restaurant which was good, poor choices of vines
  Breakfast: OK, good selection but quality is not great (no fresh bread, no natural orange juice...)
  Sports: great location to jog outside, good fitness room and very good 25 m pool (swimming cap is required)
  Bar: Biggest disappointment, in spite of the extremely nice Chinese staff, the selection is bad (only one mediocre red-vine by the glas) not very good atmosphere, and they close (and turn out the lights !) at 11 PM. Really not a good place to hang out with your colleagues / friends
  Wifi: Free , but like often in China, very instabile and extremely slow
  Check Out: No problems, fast
