Ok hotel.
Ricardo U
Charlotte, North Carolina | Oct 11, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getaway1st of all to being sooo close to the airport the staff does not speak English which is really frustrating. Only one person there had very limited English speaking skills. Which is not ok for a supposed 4 star hotel in a big city, next to an international airport. I could have expected that from a much remote location.
The "Free WIFI" is a joke! Extremely slow. Which if you only need email and text messaging i guess could be fine. But not expect much from it.
The room that we received was very noisy and not that clean but it was acceptable. But in my opinion not a 4 star hotel.
So if you looking for e a place where you are going to spend a lot of time in the hotel ( work, school, etc) I would not recommended your productivity will be crippled.
But if you wont spend time on the room and more time exploring then it becomes a better option. -
Convenient for airport

Israel | Oct 9, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessBig comfortable room. Some airplane noise as expected. Easy pick up and drop off with complementary shuttle. From airport can use pay phone for free local call for pick up. Very far from city and attractions other than exhibition center.

Great Airport Hotel
Shed74
Hampshire, UK | Oct 9, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesIf you require a room for 1 night close to the airport, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
We arrived at the airport and thought we'd change some money and get a taxi as thought this would be easier than calling for the free shuttle the hotel offers. WRONG!!!!! Please do not bother with the taxis. We wasted time getting to the taxi rank, queuing for the taxi, then having an argument as they wanted to charge us 380 yuan (£38) I had read it should cost 25 yuan ish (£2.50). I had done my homework and ignored the people asking if we wanted a taxi and went to the official rank but as the ride is such a short distance taxis don't want to take you. I was very tired after our flight and didn't need the stress. We went back up to the airport, used the free phone near the exchange place and called the hotel. They understood us and sent the free shuttle. We did have to wait for about 30 mins, this was no problem though. We waited outside door 6 and kept an eye out. There are a few lanes of traffic so look out for the bus. Its so easy to spot as it has the name of the hotel (in English) down the side of the bus. Wish we had done this in the first place!!
Anyway, on arrival at the hotel, check in was easy. We were asked what time we needed the free shuttle back to the airport in the morning so we were booked on.
Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on floor 4 and had no problem with any noise, slept really well. Bed was comfortable.
We had an evening meal and there was a good choice, the portion sizes are very big so don't order too much. We couldn't eat everything. Good value for money.
Breakfast had a good choice, Chinese and Western.
No complaints about the hotel, excellent choice near the airport just don't bother with the taxis at the airport. -
2 night stay
Ray G
Quorn, United Kingdom | Oct 9, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelWhilst this was a very comfortable hotel and food good, be aware that you will be staying in a hotel that is on the flight path, so consequently noisy bedrooms. A taxi ride into the centre will cost you approx (100 yuan) there and back. Also check where you pick the shuttle bus up from. The Staff had little English and only seemed interested in how much you had had from the mini bar.

Very large rooms
Gandhi S
Aberdeen, United Kingdom | Sep 20, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelI stayed at the days hotel for 1 night, and enjoyed the room I had. It was very spacious (had a large living room, bedroom, hallway and bathroom) all for one person.
The rooms were also very clean and the bathroom was nice too.
This hotel is not good for attractions, but is convenient if you need an overnight stay for transferring flights. The closest subway station is a 35-40 minute walk from the hotel. A taxi from the airport shouldn't cost more than 25 - 35 yuan/ £2- £4 (ask the driver to use the meter!) It is useful to write down the name of the hotel in Chinese characters, as most taxi drivers don't speak or read English. Also, the hotel does free hourly airport transfers, just ask at the front desk to book onto a shuttle bus. The staff speak enough English to get by, but aren't fluent.
The breakfast at the hotel it alright, nothing special.
The wifi works well, but isn't amazing.
Overall, a very nice hotel.
