• Convenient and easy for the airport

  Clean, comfortable room with nice shower (needed after a flight). staff were friendly and helpful. despite arriving at 2am we were picked up from the airport which was great. The only downside was the breakfast, bad fried rice, greasy noodles. I like Asian breakfasts, but this was awful. ended up eating at the airport before our flight.

  We arrived at Beijing Airport at 2.30am and even so were picked up (driver wanted only tip we were asked for in whole of China trip though). Efficiently returned to the airport next day
  Nice, spacious, clean and quiet room.
  Despite a sign in English stating that the payment by credit card was just a "pre-payment" it turned out tobe a full, unreturnable payment. Rather irritating as we wanted to get rid of the last of our Renminb.
  A good choice if you want a hotel near the airport.

  I booked this hotel with hotel.info. When I got booking confirmation I thought everything is ok. My flight was unfortunately late and I was in the hotel at night. The only person in the reception refused to give me a room. She just said "No" and tried to continue her sleep. When I gave my booking confirmation, she unwillingly started to do something. After 15 minutes she translated with computer a text to me: "No booking, go to another hotel". (Needless to say that the staff didn't speak English at all) I called to hotel.info and they found my confirmation and talked with the hotel reception. The hotel had answered that the hotel is full booked and no room is free. Hotel.info said that they try to find another hotel next to this hotel. After 1 hour waiting in the reception they called me that this hotel after all has room for me. So they just were too lazy to help their customer. And still they dared to ask the full price!
  So avoid this hotel if you don't want to fight for getting the room you have booked. This was my most horrible hotel experience ever.

• Dirty carpets in all the rooms on the 3rd floor; dirty potty

  Upon request of switching room due to the uncleanness of our standard room I booked for my mom, my son, and I, the hotel staff showed me 3 other rooms on the 3rd floor. All of them, I do mean, "ALL", have various sizes of stains on the carpet. The bathrooms look nice; however, one of them even have waste in it. The cleaning lady apologized and asked me to use tissue on top of it when I need to use the bathroom if I chose to stay here. I insisted her to clean it for me and she did. The front desk sounded nice and cooperative. However, the carpets throughout the hallway of the 3rd floor was HORRIBLE! The bathroom was separated from the room with a big glass. Ok, if you are spending nights here with a coworker, other than family, pick 2 rooms. You can see pretty much everything from the outside of the bathroom. No privacy. I will not stay in this hotel ever again.

  Hotel room was rather decent , there was free wifi as well and it was located near to the airport . However the service provided by the staffs were extremely terrible . We were told to go down to the counter to get toilet papers ourselves and the breakfast provided were gross . We were given leftover egg and the food were about the same everyday .
