Average hotel, nothing more or nothing less...
DOH888
New York City, New York | Sep 4, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI stayed in this hotel because someone offered to pay for the stay (just a business associate, not anyone involved with the hotel). I stayed for 6 nights and it was okay. The internet was out couple of times for few hours, but the wi-fi worked in the room unlike the other reviewer (possibly it's the location of your room in the building). Talking about the room, the lights are dim, the bed is extremely soft and the bathroom was not the most sanitary one I've seen (may be that is why the lights are dim). There is McDonald's, KFC, Pizza joint along with some local restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the seafood restaurant just around the corner of the hotel (second floor).
The staff is not rude or anything, but neither friendly or courteous. If you can avoid the breakfast and eat out...I would suggest you do because there's nothing that I enjoyed other than "bean sprouts" (I hope this tells what other foods are like). I tried the same restaurant for dinner and it was edible (No English menu).
To sum it all, it should be an average hotel for domestic travellers who can speak Chinese language. However, I would not recommend to someone who don't speak Chinese language and are not used to local foods (or who can't sleep on a soft bed). -
Good location for exhibition visitors....
Nipun_world
New Delhi, India | Oct 23, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis is a good Hotel for the visitors who wants to visit the exhibition as it is not far from Airport and very near to Beijing Exhibition centre . Rooms are good but do not have wi-fi , if you wants to use wi fi than come to lobby . Breakfast is just ok . Service to room is good but main problem is that they do not know English only reception staff knows little English .
There are market just alongwith hotel for drink and dinner . Many shops , MC donald , Bank , ATM are just outside the Hotel . Bejing city is quite far from here and do not think to go city by taxi in the morning evening peak hours . Hotel also provides a car which is very costly to go anywhere . take meter taxi from outside the hotel . Lobby of the hotel is very good to spend time with wi fi .Overall not a bad hotel . -
Airport Convenient
LaurieLuton
Luton, United Kingdom | Oct 22, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayThis hotel is approx. forty five minutes from the airport and is convenient for overnight stays. The rooms are clean and well equipped there is a McDonalds close by. Didn't sample the food as we used it purely for an overnight stay. We booked a taxi through the hotel for an early journey to airport. Some rooms may be noisier as it is on the main road Wi-Fi was available in the room The beds are very soft which can affect some peoples sleep.

Bad services
Yesman2013
Singapore, null, Singapore | Oct 22, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI stayed in many hotels in China and this is one of the worst that I've stayed.
Firstly, the check in and check out was slow and the staff could not find the bookings and guest information.
Secondly, the room cleaning service is worse than a 2 star hotel e.g. RuJia express. They did not arrange my bed and my colleague even complained that there are blood stains on the bed sheet! Additionally, they did not replace the 2 bottles of mineral water and after I told them, they took almost 1 hour to replace. Lastly, they did not replace my towels for three nights and they did not replace them immediately within the same day despite being told to do so.
Thirdly, the breakfast is boring and mostly oriental. There is very little selection of bread and fruits.
All in all, I think this hotel should certainly improve its services and I will not come back until they've done so. There are more better ones to choose from. -
Bad location - Misleading website - Internet instable
InKi2007
Singapore, Singapore | Oct 19, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis hotel is difficult to find for taxi drivers and it is not possible to get a taxi st the road (the location is too remote). There are plenty of private drivers waiting in front of the hotel, but only with Chinese language skills it is possible to get around easily. There is no 24 hour convenience stall nearby and no shop or room service in the hotel. There are two reasonable restaurants in walking distance. A department store and a 24h KFC is just opposite.
We stayed with 7 people for one week and the internet was always instable and extremely slow.
All facilities mentioned on the website (fitness center, spa, etc.) don't exist. The food offered for breakfast is good (local food only), but the drinks are terrible.
The service level at the reception is also very bad and most people don't speak English.
This hotel is suitable for experienced travellers with Chinese language skills who search for a cheap accomodation with a well equipped decent room (room was good). For international business travellers without Chinese language skills it is clearly not suitable.
