Do not expect any words in English. They really do not know anything about communication in English.
A BAD A REAL BAD COMMUNICATION.
The place is nice ok, the rooms are ok also.
Breakfast will need to be improved.

If you are looking for a nice Hotel in a great location this is one I would suggest.
Nice clean rooms, excellent staff with a great Breakfast buffet with a great selection of Asia & Western dishes. the Dinner Buffet is also excellent.
Avoid eating in Restaurant

Nice enough Hotel let down badly by the Restaurant. During our recent stay after flying for 18 hours we went to the Restaurant for what we thought would be a quick dinner. It was raining and the thought of going out didn't appeal. How wrong we were we ordered Pizza and we waited and we waited but after 1and a half hours no sign of the Pizza by which time it was 9pm so we left the Restaurant and went to bed hungry. The waitress said they were very sorry that they were very busy but only 3 other tables had people at them. Fortunately Breakfast was much better.
Four rooms in four nights..!

We stayed here for four nights as part of our tour of China and Hong Kong. It is a business-style hotel with no 'wow' factor for tourists in an area of Beijing where few speak English.
Check-in was OK, but then the problems began. The showers are tiled with small mosaic tiles which had not been maintained and were in a poor state. Our second room was in a slightly better state but had a worn, scratched and stained (ugh!) leather chair. The third room was much better...until our penultimate night when we returned to find a flooded bathroom (water was coming though the ceiling) so we moved to a fourth room.
Food was OK but nothing spectacular and the breakfast buffet ran out of juice glasses on more than one occasion - their solution - go to the kitchen and return with a single glass.... Staff were OK but the Concierge wasn't great - we asked him about shopping malls and he only knew about the nearest one and nothing further afield.

Very nice hotel. Very modern with a luxury feel. Nice reception staff that could understand and speak English very well. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. The windows needed to be cleaned from the outside. (Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke.) The key to get into my room was an issue 3 times. I got a bit cranky the third time.
Breakfast was ok. Better than a lot of others I had in China. A short walk to mostly everything you need, a huge mall with heaps of eating places just around the corner. Can be easily missed though, I walked past it a few times. I would stay at this hotel again. Very nice.
