It's a wonderful hotel

Beijing Region, China | Oct 8, 2025 | Trip type: Solo traveleven though their English is not good enough, they always try their best to help me.Hotel is in an alley,it's very silent, and many bars outside .but the room is little bit small, for me is enough,I'm alone.there have many scenic spots around,if you want to go to the Lama temple, only ten minutes to get there,by walking.

Great option in the Hutongs

Melbourne, Australia | Sep 26, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayThis hotel is priced quite well for its location and is comfortable and clean. Staff go out of their way to accommodate you and are very friendly. The free yoghurt in the rooms is great too. Supermarket and ATM around the corner and very close to Lama temple subway station.

Cozy classic hotel

East Jutland, Denmark | Sep 24, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesWe loved staying at this hotel, it has nice classic and cultural decorations.
A must visit, if you stay in DongCheng District.
The hotel is located very close to a lot of restaurants and the pulsing life of Beijing, but still in a cozy relaxed area. -
Amazing value!

Aug 21, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesWe were staying at Feel Inn Hostel but it was completely overpriced so we moved to Nostalgia. Best decision ever! The hotel is absolutely lovely, the rooms are stunning, the service is incredibly friendly and it's in a great artsy area of the hutong. The best part is all the little retro knick knacks around the building and in the rooms. There's some incredible restaurants around the corner (which we stumbled on because we went out of the subway station the wrong way) and some great shopping. The breakfast is simple but good value and there is free luggage story. The best thing is the price of the rooms - I reckon it's got to be the best value in Beijing!

Houma, Louisiana | Jul 14, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesThis hotel was a real value for the money.
It is close to the Xisi subway station which makes it easy to travel through out Beijing.
The manager Joy tried very hard to help out since a major problem is that none of the staff other then Joy or Joyce speak English.
She offered coupons to cover some of the fare which was a real plus for travelers on a budget.
There is a free breakfast which was adequate. The hotel staff was overall pretty pleasant.
