Be very patient if you go to this hotel
Jaume G
Oct 19, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessWe went to Beijing for a congress in May 2015 and we decided to choose this hotel because of the relation price/quality.It was OK and the best thing about this hotel is that is located pretty close to the Olympic area (15 min by taxi) and to a metro station (15 min walking). The rest must be improved if they want to be considered as a 4* hotel. The staff was very rude and did not speak English, so the doorman so the bellman of the hotel had to translate us and we had to do our own receipt because they did not know how to do it. Wifi was not very good and the brekfast was OK but try to avoid eating there. There are very good and cheap traditional restaurants nearby.
A very important tip for Beijing: Avoid taking taxi as much as you can and take the metro! -
better than expected

Siegburg | Sep 26, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessWe were booked in this hotel by the organization of our congress. When looking up the hotel in tripadvisor, we expected a rather bad experience. But the hotel was totally OK, the room maybe a little dark, but everthing we needed was there. In the staff only few people spoke English, but they always tried their best. There were two subway stations near (10 minutes walk), so you could get anywhere. It is not in the town centre, but everything could be reached in a reasonable time. Breakfast was OK and interesting. The Wifi was working perfectly.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Paris, France | Jun 4, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis hotel is advertised as a 4* international business hotel. There is nothing international about it. Nothing business either. In ten days I had only once someone who barely spoke English at the reception. Air conditioning is stopped centrally at midnight while outside is 35°C, internet is a joke almost never working, very poor light in the room which makes it impossible to work at the desk after 6pm.

Everything is just "no!"

Beijing | Sep 23, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessNo great location, no English speaking or polite staff, no clean rooms, no decent breakfast, no service attitude, no taxi can be found, no non-smoking rooms, and the list goes on….
The only thing you can find are the "friendly" phone calls at 10pm of girls who offer massages…
No, thank you! -
Avoid on all costs

Tel Aviv, Israel | Nov 19, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI stayed at this hotel one night in November 2013. I was supposed to stay there for 4 nights however I decided to check out of the hotel immediately next day.
I arrived at the hotel at 1 AM, staff was unpleasant and rude. They didn’t even say hello, just asked for my passport. They couldn’t find my reservation for one hour and insisted that I will write my name in Chinese or company name in Chinese. They asked me to make new booking (twice higher price) and when I asked is it going to influence my previous reservation as it was guaranteed by credit card, they told me if it is guaranteed they will charge me no show penalties
I couldn’t believe their behavior. After waiting for one hour in the middle of the night, the receptionist found reservation on the paper which was right in front of her all time. She didn’t even apologize. It was worst treatment ever. They then proceeded with complication by blocking my credit card as they tried to take deposit of US$ 10000 instead of 1000. It went on next morning.
I decided to put stop on all and check out in the morning immediately. They didn’t even bother to ask why I decide to check out, I wrote them review on their review card, which I saw being thrown away when I was reaching door. I will never again come even close to this place.
This is first time ever I write a review for a place, their behavior was just so terrible I believe people shall be warned.
