I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Not as impersonal as you might think!

Company has moved us here recently. On arrival, v large foyer, fast check in which I think is always a bonus. Staff very polite, English good too. No uniform as such but I ll come back to this later. Fast lifts/elevators, room...not quite what I had expected. Impersonal , cold in appearance, dull colour scheme. Those are the not quite so good points,...bed v comfortable, TV good reasonable number of English Speaking channels, aircon excellent both in cooling and heating. Slightly odd shape in that it was, well, oblong! And that's about it. Good things, v v quiet, excellent views, windows don't open (aaagh) bathroom good. Lots of bits and bobs in here, toothbrushes, combs etc., etc., and super powerful shower. Restaurant again not to everyone's taste, seemed impersonal again, and to be honest the buffet looked rather unappetising , v dry in appearance and when I ate there, only ten other guests. A la carte typical modern hotel. Food ok.didnt find a bar as such, apparently noisy nightclub attached but I didn't visit this so cannot comment. Gym very good plus a pool, so good there then. Sort of self service type bar for beers etc., but you then take them to your room. Nicely situated short walk to restaurants etc., and very nice coffee shop called Paris! Staff wear jeans and sneakers, so a bit hard to decide who is a guest and who is a member of staff! Look at the shoes I guess! They must have entered my passport details into their computer as on my birthday, the front desk phoned to wish me happy birthday and sent me a cake with a lovely handmade card. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. So overall a good hotel with very caring staff, certainly worth considering, well situated and quiet.

Room spacious, service very good, concierge very helpful. Only downside is location as hotel is quite far from tourist attractions and closest subway station is quite a distance away But overall positive experience and would recommend

  • Excellent Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Although it is a 15 minute walk to the subway it is along a dark path at night. Most of the guests take a taxi or the shuttle bus. Despite this we enjoyed our stay/

Designed to address expectations of multiple cultures. Hotel design is defined with modern lines and colors. Not your extravagant-type hotel. Just straightforward comfort and function. Safe and quiet.
