Apr 7, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayOur group of twelve had a typical lazy-susan lunch-- ordered by our guide -- at the Parkside restaurant. We had the usual assortment of dishes placed on the glass turntable, plus water, tea and beer.
If you want to order individually, they do have an over-sized menu with photos and prices. -

Gold Coast, Australia | Oct 3, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesNice hotel and facilities but walk into the foyer areas and we were hit with constant smoke. Horrible. it was particularly bad in our room too and did not dissipate over the three nights we were there.
Disappointing too was the very slow and inattentive service from the breakfast wait staff. They just were not interested in attending to our large group for the three nights stay we had there. After staying in three hotels in a week, this was by far the worst unfortunately yet has the scope to be very good. -

Aug 28, 2025This hotel is really new, both the lounge and the bedrooms are great! We were enchanted by the clean staff that was always very good. The location is awsome, really close to a lot of restaurants, including a french bakery and a Mc. Donald's. It is also close to a very good supermarket and to the Nest Bird and the Olimpyc Stadium. The subway is a good way to move aroud once that is a very close station. The only problem is that the staff usually doesn't speak English, so the comunication is a little bit hard.

Good to stay for business trip if you need to be near Convention Center

Facilities: quite good, room is spacious, beds are comfy.
Services: In Beijing, it's difficult to find someone can speak English well, even they are receptionist in 4 stars Hotel. Just few of them can speak English.
Location: quite far from CBD or Tourism Place. So if you go there as a tourist, you should look for somewhere else.
