We stayed here for 4 nights great breakfast daily. Quiet hotel, even though it was busy. Across rd from a shopping centre and a supermarket which was very handy. Bottled water in room free daily. Rooms clean and made up daily. Only really slept here as on tours daily. Lifts quick and efficient.staff spoke excellent english. Free wifi worked well

Very convinient location great service, subway just 4 minutes to walk. Wanda plaza has allot to offer for shopping ,Japanese restaurant has super sushi lobby cocktails a specially after 21.00 it is fantastic.

I spent two nights here with a tour group.
The room is clean in general, but the caplet is a bit stained so looked kinda dirty. The window had a city view. The hotel is across from a McDonald's and carrefour, though the tour group did not return til too late every night. A bit far from the attractions of the city, so unless you have access to the subway, you will fight heavy traffic daily and it may be an hour before you can sight see.
The room needed some attention to detail if they want to claim 5 star status. I personally will only grant them 4 stars. See photos for details.
Services were great, though when breakfast is crowded with multiple tour groups in the morning, they do run out of food and refill is slow if you are in a hurry. They do have a big variety of tasty eastern and western style choices.
Towels felt and smelled clean, and basic toiletries were free. Read signage to avoid charges. King size beds and very comfortable.
So far, good first impression of the Wanda group hotels.

Spacious, well appointed room although quality of finishes not great (loose handles in bathroom, weird shower door seal. Didn't notice until final day that the carpet is not very clean, and that hair that was not my own was stuck to my slippers - yuck. Also had temp control issues in room as noted by others- sun exposure all day with no ventilation while you are out makes for a hot room later! Breakfast buffet had good variety but tables frequently lacked place settings.

We stayed at the Wanda Realm as part of our tour of Beijing. It is a very nice hotel that I would describe as 5 star tired. The rooms are a good size as are the bathrooms with separate shower and bath. Our room has a glass partition between the bathroom
and the main room which does have a curtain which comes down but which is very see through. This makes it interesting to have people in your room when you have to use the toilet. Everything was clean but the carpet looked tired as did some of the desk furniture. The bed was very comfortable but they had not yet turned on the AC so the room got quite warm some evenings. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty and the people were quite helpful. Generally the English of those working at the desk was very good. There is a full Wal-mart type store across the road where you could get anything you needed. We would certainly stay here again.
