  After just having a bad experience with air&b we walk to this hotel and decided to stay here, right after arrival, Brendan Chang went out of his way to accommodate us and answer all our questions, specially because our chinesse was limited, he offered tips to keep us safe cruising around the city within budget, and to deal with shopping and hustling at Beijing's markets. The hotel has this printed cards with locations to go to that you can show to the taxi driver and get to where you need to go. Breakfast offered has a huge variety of different items to please all tastes. Valet personal is also always eager to help from answering questions to calling a cab and watch over your safety. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an easy pleasant stay at Beijing city, and to the hotel keep up the good work and the great team you have. Special thanks to Brendan Chang for all you did! you really made a difference in our vacations.

  Very good quality hotel in reasonable location. Rooms a good size and well furnished. Has indoor swimming pool in gardens at the back. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of choice. Nice lobby bar with happy hour. Is about 15 minutes by taxi from a new bar street area as well. Near the 3rd ring road so not close to the centre of Beijing. Couple of good super markets nearby as well and some restaurant's but no bars as such.

  Nice place, Carrefour supermarket is close by. Close, also to Exhibition centre, very popular amongst businessmen. The furniture need some refurbishment. Executive lounge require a bit bigger area.

  The lobby, bar and restaurant are all very nice. Loads of TV screens in the bar and you can choose your drinks on an ipad which makes it very easy if you dont speak the language.Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and plenty of space in the restaurant. Omelettes freshly cooked to order, very nice. However the rooms are a bit disappointing. Fairly small and cramped. Our room had 2 twin beds but only 1 bedside table with 2 lamps on it in between. Very small bathroom with shower in the bath. The furnishings and woodwork all looked in need of a facelift and the door was tricky to close as it did not fit very well.
