I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Nice hotel

Singapore, Singapore | Sep 28, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getaway

Stayed in Boyue Hotel for 7 nights.
The room is very clean & big but dim though. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast is average with almost the same type of food everyday. There were restaurants located near the hotel but no shopping malls or pubs.
Overall, it's a good hotel to stay.

  • Nice hotel with good location

Minneapolis, Minnesota | Sep 16, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getaway

This hotel has everything you'd expect of a four star hotel. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and the amenities (gym, pool, restaurants) are convenient and well managed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff was also very friendly. The location is close to many restaurants and the metro.

  • Culturally Chinese hotel with nice staff

    Timbuktu | Jun 27, 2025 | Trip type: Business

The staff was personal, tolerant, and responsive. English sometimes limited. Comfortable beds and expansive morning buffet. Good though not deluxe restaurants (and bubble tea stand) close by, though the immediate neighborhood is not very interesting. A 10-minute walk to the subway. If you're energetic, you can easily take the subway to and from the airport and walk the 10 minutes. Pool was closed.

  • Great hotel

Daegu, South Korea | Jun 16, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getaway

I was very pleasantly surprised - I was supposed to stay somewhere else initially but in the end I was glad that I stayed at the boyue. The room was great and included a large bathroom and separate shower. Breakfast buffet was really good and there were many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was helpful and courteous - overall a great stay!

This is an easy place to stay and was originally a Renaissance hotel which is now Chinese. It is near the Airport Expressway and the ring road (can't remember which one) easy to get to by taxi from the Airport. The staff is helpful, limited English but they try. The Executive floors are worth it for the quiet of the breakfast and nice evening happy hour. If you make it to the pool it is nice and quite Romanesque. A opposed to other reviewers I found a lot of restaurants across the street, pizza directly across, several nice fish restaurants Chinese and Taiwanese and more local fare in blocks the other side of the ring road. Sanlitun bar street is walkable, but you do have to know where you are going.
