  Solid hotel...clean room, very helpful staff, and convenient location. Overall experience was excellent during my weekend stay. There are hotel located closer to the city center, although taxi costs and time were minimal.

• Average property but excellent staff

  The property is slightly old and needing a retrofit, but the staff is so good that makes you forget about any shortcoming of the property. Front desk staff are efficient, competent and caring. Location is also extremely convenient for accessing the Beijing West Train Station.

• Nice place, but hot in room.

  This is a nice place to stay and is reasonably close to the subway station, but the pool was closed for service, AC stopped for the season and room was 82F and humid which I found very unenjoyable, and WIFI access seemed unusually restricted even compared to mobile data access which I ended up using instead of WIFI. Room was nice, but sleep quality was very poor due to basting in own sweat...not good for several weeks of hot work in a production facility.

  Alright, I booked the hotel based on the positive reviews. It is not in the best location- it is close to a metro station but the map provided by the hotel doesn’t have the subway line this is on, listed/ printed! They had changed to winter heating, this made the room stuffy and hot when you got back at night. No way to get it to a comfortable temperature. Nice bed, big room. Still waiting on the return of the incidentals charge......at 500 rmb a night ( I struggle to spend 200 a day out and about), it’s a bit rich they take so long. Nice little restaurants nearby for breakfast.
