  It was normally a little more than I usually pay for a hotel but since it was our one year anniversary and it was located close to Sanlitun we decided give it a try. My wife and I both feel that the extra money we paid was well worth it. The breakfast was great, the room was VERY nice, the gym and pool were very clean and well laid out. This hotel will probably be our go to place when we are in Bejing next.

  This place is top notch. Great location and the staff was top notch. The executive lounge had a great assortment of western food along with local cuisine. It was open late with a spectacular view. The rooms were large and spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend it.

• Business hotel showing its age

  The front desk was friendly and I was given both an upgrade, early check-in and late checkout as a HH Gold. The room showed its age and there was a tile popping out at the bathtub area. Otherwise impeccable service as per the Conrad brand name.

  My Wife and me stayed for 7 days in this lovely property. We celebrated our 16th anniversary and it was our first trip to Beijing. The room on the 26th floor was extremly huge and well cleaned. The Service was excellent especially Bob & James at the concierge desk were awesome they helped us to find our way through Beijing, recommended good places and helped us to book tours. Shine the Front Office Manager was also extremly helpful and helped me to organize a small suprise for my wife. The Lobby Bar was also extremly good and the cocktails are more than yummy. Dinner at the Chapter was also very good for reasonable prices; Daisy the waiter was very welcoming and provided an excellent Service. Overall an awesome place to relax in Beijing!

• My favorite hotel in Beijing

  Conrad Beijing is easily my favorite hotel in Beijing. I just stayed in it again for more than ten days in July 2019 and realized how much I enjoyed it.
  
  What I love most about this hotel is its extremely friendly staff and the amazing service they provide. Every time I stayed in this hotel, the staff tried their best to upgrade my room. Don't get me wrong, their "regular" rooms are already very comfortable and nice and I have no complaint at all. But the staff always went out of their way to try to make me feel special by upgrading my room to their "full-view" rooms or even suites. The staff at executive lounge were always eager to help, even after I checked out. This time I needed assistance with receipts after checked out, and they were very patient in assisting me and even had the receipts delivered properly for me.
  
  I also love their stylish rooms very much. All rooms have beautiful street views and very nice floor plans and very interesting and special windows. Every time I stayed in this hotel, I couldn't help posting some photos of their rooms in my WeChat's "friends' circle" and always got compliments from my friends and a lot of questions regarding which hotel it was.
  
  The location! How can I forget to mention the location. The Sanlitun area is perhaps the most popular and interesting area in Beijing for food lovers and young people, with tons of nice restaurants and bars being there. The problem coming with its popularity is that it is very difficult to get a taxi into and out of this area. But if you stay in Conrad Beijing, you could walk to Sanlitun easily.
  
  I will surely stay in this hotel again in the future when I visit Beijing.
