I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

  • An extra mile

Singapore, Singapore | Oct 19, 2025 | Trip type: Family

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to one of the concierge duty managers for going the extra mile to organize our stay at the hotel - Paul Li. Paul was very informative and knowledgeable in his local knowledge of Beijing which helps in providing us a very personalized service level. Early morning checkout was especially efficient and pleasant.

  • A very good one

Canberra, Australia | Oct 7, 2025 | Trip type: Business

This hotel was very good. The location was perfect as it's located in the CBD area and just next to a shopping mall. The facilities and amenities in the room were also a thumb-up; they were just more than what we need, from bath soap to body scale. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant was also amazing. Overall, nothing that I can complain about this hotel.

  • Nice hotel
    OxfordRie
Oxford | Oct 5, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travel

I stayed here as part of a tour of China. Appeared to be used by many tour groups.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room had UK plug points and hairdryers. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toothpaste and toothbrushes. We had two bottles of water in our rooms each day. Breakfast was a mix of western and Chinese food. Bar service was slow and alcoholic drinks were priced from 60 yuan upwards. House red wine was terrible. Wi-Fi was free and was a good speed.
I would recommend a trip to the Atmosphere bar in the world trade centre opposite the hotel. The view from the 79th floor is incredible although drinks are expensive. Cocktails are around 100 yuan.

  • Reasonable priced hotel at CBD

    Oct 3, 2025 | Trip type: Business

Considering their still acceptable price level and amenities, it's still my favorite if I travel business around CBD area. Good gym, comfy rooms and good staff services. The food is so so and I won't highly recommend. Location is a big plus if you have many activities around Beijing CBD area.

  • Complex hotel to find your way around.
    StuartRon
Sheffield, United Kingdom | Oct 1, 2025 | Trip type: Couples

Modern complex hotel with a complex setup, different lifts to different floors.
The rooms are good but the bathroom is small with a door opposite the sink so you have to decide on no privacy or a door in your way.
We understand this hotel is due to be demolished to make way for a new complex. Try to visit the bar in the nearby tallest building in the city.
