• Good location but no fancy facilities

  This place is quiet near to metro or subway and walkable from the temple of heaven .so location wise its perfect. There is a good supermarket just in front of hotel added advantage to buy fruits and breakfast on the go . Rooms are okay , nothing to complain of , but overall hotel seems little old.The receptionist don't speak or understand English at all ... So for non chinese speaker it is very difficult to get any information here .

  We arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find the Hotel. We were for two hours trying to fint the hotel but we gave up and the end, at 3 am. We went to the nearest Hotel and stayed there. Next morning we found this Hotel, but this was the same hotel we went the night before and were send away by the staff.
  The staff don't speak english so it's very difficult to communicate. When we were planning trips to the Great Wall we went to the nearest five star hotel to get help.
  We stayed for 7 night but we changed room after the first night. First we got very small, uncomfortable room at the 5th floor (no elevator) and then we got bigger and better room at the first floor. The bed was of course very uncomfortable (like every bed in china) but it was ok.
  The hotel is very well located. Only 100 meters from the famous Pearl Market and very close to the Temple of Heaven. The metro is also very close by

  El hotel es pequeño pero bastante conveniente, queda cerca al templo del cielo y a la estación de metro. El staff no habla ingles pero con los traductores se pueden comunicar. La zona es conveniente hay tiendas y fruterías para comprar cosas.

  Premetto che non siamo viaggiatori di grandi pretese e ci adattiamo quasi a tutto. Avevamo prenotato una camera con letto king size, ma all'arrivo il receptionist (l'unico dei tre che abbiamo incontrato che parlava un po' di inglese) ci informa che non hanno letti king size e che il letto è piccolo. Chiediamo di vedere la stanza, e tutto sommato il letto poteva andare bene come dimensione. In realtà il letto era un materasso appoggiato su un asse di legno che a sua volta poggiava su un cassettone. In bagno c'erano capelli dei precedenti ospiti o della signora delle pulizie. Ma anche su quello abbiamo sorvolato. Usciamo, torniamo in camera e non funziona la chiave. Dopo dieci minuti, riusciamo a far capire il problema alla receptionist e ci aprono... con calma, ovviamente. Mentre siamo in camera, arrivano tre signori dell'hotel e decidono di sistemare la porta in quel preciso istante, totalmente non curanti del fatto che noi magari dovessimo lavarci o andare a letto. Ma l'hotel si merita il pessimo soprattutto per la totale incapacità dei receptionist di interfacciarsi con noi. A parte che non parlavano inglese (nemmeno base base base), sono stati scortesi tutto il tempo. Ad esempio, avevamo bisogno di fare una telefonata all'agenzia viaggi, che aveva appena chiamato, ma non ci aveva trovati in camera e non hanno voluto chiamarla loro dalla reception (non che fossero obbligati... ma una cortesia...) e non potevamo chiamare dalla stanza perchè il telefono non funzionava. Dopo un'ora di richieste, chiedendo ad esempio dove potessimo trovare una cabina telefonica, e ricevendo sempre risposte negative, alla fine ci hanno fatto fare la chiamata dalla reception.
  Il giorno della partenza, abbiamo pagato la stanza e le bottiglie di acqua che avevamo preso la prima sera e che non hanno mai rimpiazzato e, non essendoci supermercati nelle vicinanze, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo comprare altre due bottiglie di acqua, e ovviamente ci hanno detto no.
  Wi-fi debolissimo e wc intasato. Direi da evitare.

  !!!N'ayons pas peur des mots il s'agit d'un bouge!!!
  Le confort y est sommaire, le ménage y est absent et le personnel y est déplorable.
  Seul point positif, il est tout proche du temple du ciel et de la station de métro tiantandongmen mais cela reste cher payé....
  Je ne pense pas être une cliente exigeante mais la propreté et un sourire sont selon moi un minimum...
