I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

Manila, Manila, Philippines | Oct 17, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getaway

The hotel is old and needs a refresh. It tries hard to be some kind of boutique hotel (not sure if i described it correctly) but fails to do so. The entire hotel is old, though rooms and comfort room are clean.
Watch out for the comfort room - expect little privacy as there are no doors to it, just curtains! One of our rooms actually had a transparent shower area.
Chinese buffet breakfast served every morning.
Staff are nice and try to do the best they can but no one can speak English well.
Looking back - maybe this is a hotel meant for lovers or something.
I do not really recommend it.. unless you can overlook the see thru shower and lack of privacy in the restroom.

I like it that the room is pretty large and there's a spacious sitting area. It drives me crazy that there's plenty mosquitos I found in my room. I got bitten like three million times during my entire stay. Also there's no door to the bathroom. Itd be fine if you're travel by yourself but extremely awkward when you're traveling with your parents or friends

Manchester, United Kingdom | Aug 12, 2025 | Trip type: Couples

We were looking for somewhere a little grander than our usual haunts for our last days in Beijing and this hotel gives that impression. However, upon arrival, it is a little tired and jaded.
That on its own wouldn't really matter as it is clean and the rooms are well appointed, but some room facilities they advertised on booking.com were absent, the most critical of which was a safe. They offered the use of a stand alone safe (little use from a security point of view) and steadfastly refused for around 15 minutes to accept that the description of the room was not appropriate/accurate on booking.com, eventually yielding and offering free drinks in the bar as compensation.
One thing to be aware of, our room didn't have a separate bathroom (I think this is a chinese' tradition), so you can sit on the loo and see your partner/friend through the mirror and your partner/friend needs to remember and not walk round the corner whilst you are there, no good if you're not 'close' and well acquainted with each other and even then, not great!!
Breakfast was ok, all Chinese (normally I wouldn't comment in such a way but the type and lack of variety of food in China means most Westerners begin craving alternatives if here for a while). Internet pretty poor in the rooms, particularly at peak times.
    A disappointment for us.

We were expecting a 4 star hotel but this was closer to a 2 star. Rooms were clean and comfortable but as stated by others, when do you put a shower in the middle of a room and a bathroom with no doors. The shower leaked on the floor so the carpet was wet. Breakfast included was adequate but nothing special. This was my first trip to Beijing so not sure how it compares but compared to others we stayed at in China we definitely overpaid. Room was large, clean and quiet.

  • Toilets without doors

Have you ever using toilet without rooms? You can use it in this hotel! I dont know in what culture is it normal to place a toilet in the room without windows, but it's totaly weird. Especially when not visiting this hotel with your partner.
Also in reality it looks more much different than on the pictures. I do not suggest it as an option!
