Excellent stay
Joe W
Birmingham, United Kingdom | Oct 5, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessI visited China for the third time on business. I found the Vision hotel to be quite comfortable with very nice contemporary rooms. The staff are helpful and although English is a bit basic, they do what they can to help. The food is quite nice. The beds are very comfortable and the swimming pool is great.

Business Trip

leicestershire | Jun 22, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessVery clean and friendly hotel. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable with a lovely choice of pillows. The swimming pool is a decent size although at weekends is full of children which is understandable. You do need a swimming cap but they do sell them at a cost of £2.
The Hotel is close to the subway and travelling is so cheap, you can get to all of the tourist areas easily. If you wish to travel to the Great Wall at Badalong catch the 877 bus it will cost you approx £2.40 for a return trip (35 miles each way!). There is wonderful park with a canal running through the middle,to walk in just over the road from the hotel where you can see the locals play musical instruments, do tai chi and play with their children - a lovely site. If you walk to the end of the park there is a very good department store. English is a little bit of a problem in the hotel. -
Vision Hotel good for business and Convenient to Trains, but lots is "Lost in Translation"

Moshi | Jun 17, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessWe spent 4 nights in this hotel in April 2015. The room was big and the bathroom also quite large. The air conditioning only worked marginally well, and though we had someone check it several times nothing was changed. In fact the whole idea of improving the air conditioning wound up with the staff bringing us a humidifier that they planned to put ice cubes in and charge us $50/day for. Needless to say, we sent the staff away with the humidifier. The Hotel is very very convenient to the subway. And, that is fortunate, because the staff while incredibly nice and polite, continued (all the way to the top concierge) to give taxis incorrect directions to places we needed to go. My husband was dropped off at the wrong location for a meeting, we were stranded for a dinner reservation, and we still have no idea where we were. We also were sent on a long walk to find a particular store. Never did find it. And, the tour to the Great Wall that was recommended for us was pretty much a disaster. We did at least get to the Great Wall after many hours, but were finally dropped off at a subway station out of Beijing to get back. We would have done much better arranging our own tour. Fortunately, we kept the hotel card to give to taxi's so that we could always return to the hotel. We did enjoy having a college campus nearby, with a great place to run. And as I said, the staff was nice, though their English was not good enough for a business hotel.

Good quality at a reasonable price

Dadlington, United Kingdom | Jun 15, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThis is a business hotel that also welcomes families, particularly at weekends. Our room on the 17th floor was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of problems with the restaurant during the 14 nights we stayed, but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. It caters for Chinese and European tastes and is not over-priced for Beijing,

Good hotel in a relatively quiet environment and convenient transportation

Sofia, Bulgaria | May 25, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe hotel is fairly well maintained, but in the style of the Chinese capitalist communism from the last century- wood paneling, tiles, marble, decorations and more. There are many staff who spoke little foreign languages and know little international order in a business hotel. For example, pre-registration for flight online can became a real feat.
Plus there is an opportunity to exchange currency at the hotel and the presence in the neighborhood of 24 hours open a bank branch with guarded ATM-s .
An important tip - do not exchange currency outside the hotel or in Bank-circulation there are many fake bills !!!
The hotel is clean with large and well-equipped rooms, a safe, hair dryer, shower and bath, refrigerator with mini bar and free wireless internet.Minus and the presence of only Chinese TV.
