  We made hotel reservation through booking.com and our main criteria was a good family hotel with kitchenette. The room that we got had a small kitchen without cutlery/crockery/utensils (although we were prepared for it after reading many reviews on TripAdvisor) plus the stove wasn't working. When asked, we were told that they give kitchen in working condition only to those who are here for more than 30 days... we told them about the confusion by booking.com and our room was upgraded... but this time the new room was bigger but had an ancient air conditioner... we felt the change in temperature only after 3 hours !! Moreover the lights in the room were haunting rather sad. We felt as if we are working in an emergency lights !!! Only good part is the hotel location, view of the second room was great but the previous one was pathetic; sleep quality was good and the restaurants were nice (although they dont provide room service ). All in all very basic hotel ideal for a single person who just wants to sleep at night and use toilet and shower next morning.. i would not recommend for families with babies/infants.

  I only stayed here for one night and chose it because at that time I had relatives living in a flat in another part of the building. You go down the side of a building to get in and there is a really lovely large lobby with the entrance to the hotel rooms one side and the flats the other. You can get some food from the lobby and there is a restaurant and a bar - neither of which proved noisy during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was large, clean and very comfortable, with a good view of the city. There was a large kitchen area too, but no utensils of any kind. The bathroom was good, there was a little bit of black mould in the shower but you could see that it had been cleaned well. There was Wifi in the room. There is quite a large deposit to be paid, but that seems to be normal in Chinese hotels. Breakfast was simpler and with less choice than other places, but quite adequate. I believe this hotel is not so much used by tourists as business people. There are lots of little shops nearby, plus a Starbucks, and also a lovely place called the Bookworm down the road where you can browse books and have something to eat. I walked around by myself quite happily. As I was not meeting my family until later in the day they let me stay in the hotel until 2 pm. I was very pleased with my stay.

  The apartments are very good, with fridge/freezer, washing machine. Cooker and microwave. The shower leaked and was sorted out the same day as it was reported.
  Not brilliant as the receptionist do not speak very good English. The breakfast is not continental and looks and taste like most of the food was made the night before. Good location to walk or bus to most places.

  This a a nice location and okay hotel. Rooms are kind of old and funky - wood floors and old tv with no satellite channels. But bed is very comfortable and internet speed is fine. Breakfast is included but didn't like the fact that they charge 18 RMB with room coffee - small amount but this should be complimentary. Close to Silk market - only 15 RMB taxi ride.

  We stay there in the month of Oct2014 for 4 days. Good place to stay with kid as they offer suits with all basic amenities like microwave, washing machine, freeze etc. Hotel location is also very good. Only 10 minutes from a big shopping area and halal food restaurants.
