  First time here and was impressed by the level of service. Location, the quality of the accommodations were outstanding. Whomever is leading the team and training deserves recognition for a job well done. Room was well appointed, had everything needed to work comfortably. Room service was excellent. Although a single female traveling alone for business, I never felt uncomfortable. Will definitely be my new place to stay in Beijing.

  comfortable & clean facilities. Bathroom amenities could be refreshed daily, but that was not the case. Staff in general could be friendlier. Turn down service came around 8 pm which was kind of late for international travelers dealing with jetlag.

  I sincerely appreciate your recognition on the hotel’s facilities, and our breakfast in China Grill on Level 66. As part of our eco-friendly practices, we do not refresh bath amenities every day unless required, and the assessment of that is entrusted to our housekeeping associates. However your feedback is still duly noted, and please do advise us of your preference to have your bathroom amenities refreshed daily and we would be most happy to record your preference and have that arranged. Regarding your comments on the turndown service time, I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Please rest assured that I will share it with the senior management team of Housekeeping for their future improvement.

• Effortless Service

  This is not my first time at the Hyatt in Beijing and I always look forward to checking in. The smooth delivery of service starts from the moment you step out onto the lobby on the 69th floor. Reception is very efficient and onto the guestroom. The guestrooms are very clean and logically designed. Food & Beverage options are plenty. The grill is very well placed with ceiling-to-floor windows looking out in all directions. Fantastic views all around.

  Location, facilities all fine. But don't go to the top floor bar. Incompetent staff and rather pricy. We were a larger group and tried to get a table which would have been entirely possible immediately. Took them ages to sort it out. Just not what you expect at a high class venue.

• Super hotel, very modern and chic

  Great hotel, nice location and stunning views. Rooms are great size, with separate shower and bath. Nice and modern. Aircon is good, wifi ok. The light switches are modern, and take a while to learn-to use them. Breakfast is awesome. Staff friendly although some struggle with english. The reception is on a high level, the ground floor reception has no chairs ,so you have to stand whilst you wait for your car
