  Hotel is located near Olympic Center. Closest metro is just 3-5 min walk away. The street of the Holiday Inn Express is somewhat run down. However, a convenience store is right next to it so you can grab water, snacks etc. for the day. The room was ok - bathroom appliances seemed like they needed a bit of renovation. Breakfast was mainly centered around Chinese cuisine - which was fine since we had it included in our rate so we were ok with whatever intercontinental food we could find (toast, butter, fried eggs). The staff was friendly though there was hardly anyone who could speak English - and if, it was somewhat hard to understand. But they tried at least.

  room with fine view and very large with all necessary ammenities
  staff can understand and speak english ( at least front office ) which is a luxury in china hotels .. location is extreamly convinient next to a metro station about 30 min to city cenre from metro and nice cosy looking olympic park area.. acess is easy and also you have shops next door.. overall its one of the best for business .. unless you need to do specialize shopping or site seeing location is ideal ..

  We stayed here for our first visit in Beijing, Room is was clean, bed and pillows are comfortable as well as good location which is near by supermarket and only 5 minutes walk to subway station. Tom and Leon are very helpful. That would be great if the hotel provide minibar in the room.

  The hotel location was good: within a 5 minute walking distance of the subway and 15 minute walking distance of the Olympic stadium. Also close to a large bus line. Typical business class hotel with standard room. The main problem - air conditioning is not available in winter for cooling.

  After five days with a group trekking the Great Wall, we stayed here for our last two nights. Hotel is in a safe feeling neighbourhood, rooms were reasonable size and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the bar area was nice too. Next to a huge shopping mall and close to a subway station.
