  I loved the room, in which enjoyed scenic sun and beautiful moon night,It is romatic. The included continental breakfast was great. The kitchen and full size fridge were convenient.Even comfortable than 5 star hotel.

  Staff very kind and available.
  Perfect location close to restaurant,subway,shopping,supermarket.
  Very close to the frenetic night life, but in a very quiet park clean and safe.
  Only weak point is the gym. Not very equipped and a bit neglected.
  In the rooms you can Find everything you need. The most economical solution of hotel but with the same services and cleaning. Save the money and enjoy life in Beijing.
  If the Price would be a little bit cheapest would be the best in all Beijing.

  Located in the central of Beijing city, which makes your journey to anywhere in Beijing is very convenient and efficient. Besides, the apartment is in a peace and quiet place in noisy surrounding, which gives you a chance to escape from the hustle and bustle after a whole day's work or business.
  Facilities are good. There are supermarket supplying international foods, dry cleaner, gym, tennis court etc. You don't need to worry about your daily life even though you are not a local person.
  Housekeeper service is very thoughtful. You can go to them with any questions. Staying withe them makes you feel at home.
  Last thing, the rate with such service is quite reasonable:).

  I'm already staying here for a couple of months, i booked the room for only a week with Rich&Young at the first, but i fell in love with this apartment soon. It is quite quiet here while the location is really good. The apartment is only 10 minutes' walking distance to the Subway station and the Airport Express. Most of the scenery spots of the city are easy to get to.
  I love the small garden of this community very much, usually i will take a walk in the garden after my dinner, talking with my neighbor.
  I make food in my apartment, wash clothes by myself, it is not a hotel to me, but my own home.

  Very convenient apartment near Dongzhimen Airport Express/Underground interchange. Good shops and restaurants within comfortable 5-10 minutes' walk. Would like to express thanks to very helpful front desk manager, Fiona who speaks excellent English. Apartment cleaned regularly, modern kitchen. Could do with a few more pots and pans & cutlery but had induction hobs, microwave and fridge. Finding our way around was helped by our being Mandarin speakers, but after a couple of days language would be less of an issue once familiar with the neighbourhood. Front desk is not in the building but nearby.
