  The room was clean and comfortable. I found message from room keeper for her wishes my pleasant stay (this was written by Chinese so that I couldn’t understand exactly but I understood their heart. This was my first stay in Beijing, so that I exchanged currency at airport but this hotel has currency exchange machine, commission is 1/3 cheaper than airport. ex;airport 60CHY, Hotel 20CHY)
  The local receptionist English was hard to listen for me, however there are some foreign receptionist from India etc, so I could get their recommendations for visits in Beijing city. Anyway, good hospitality and I wish I could stay here once again.
  Ps. This hotel is little far from city center, took around one hour by taxi or public transportation(almost same)

  Stayed here for a night when our plane was delayed. The staff was friendly and the room clean etc. Food was also good and the member food and drink above average. If in the area and need a good hotel of a brand you know give it a try.

  20 minutes away from the airport.mostly a hotel suits for conferences and meetings. Away from the city center.do don't expect any attractive places around the hotel.couple of restaurants and bars next to the hotel.rooms are spacious and the bed in very comfy.

  After arriving at beijing airport and it taking quite some time to get through immigration and actually getting away from the airport this hotel has got the "wow" factor.
  However its not without its niggles.
  Reception staff were attentive and helpful but they did seem to need a little more training.
  Evening service left a little to be desired, the restaurant was very quiet but we waited quite some time to have anyone come to take our orders. At the time of our stay there did seem to be a lot of airline staff arriving and departing and this could have been part of the issue, as they had a separate area of the hotel away from other guests and got preferential treatment. I guess the airline crews are their main source of work.
  This aside the hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The food quality was excellent and breakfast was well laid out and a huge choice. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfy.
  Overall impressions a great hotel.

• OK for a night or two

  Stayed one night then traveled locally, then returned for one more night. Harsh at the desk was awesome. He responded to my request in my reservation for a high floor near the elevator. Rooms were hot hot hot though. Two calls to engineering could not get the room below 24C/75F. Shuttle was on time and convenient to airport.
