• Better just think it's a bed to sleep

  I joined a meeting and it's the meeting hotel. They treated us a fruit plate at the day we arrived and I bite the apple at the very first day we there and put it at desk.
  It still there after four days later, already turned dark brown.
  They came into room for cleaning everyday but don't even touch it.
  The breakfast was simple and leak of change, nothing to say but you can always go eat outside.
  Bed was normal level, no bad or good. The view was great because it's close to the Olympic village.
  Bad traffic access, the location is between two subway station and both very far from hotel. I will say just take a taxi to the station or even go with taxi since the price rate is OK.
  You will need to pay for the wifi.

  If you are attending a conference in the major conference center, beside the Olympic stadium then this hotel has an advantage. It is linked by a covered walkway to the conference center. However, if you are a tourist it's not the place to be!! Too far from the main attractions.
  And if you want staff who can speak English then most certainly NOT the place to go.
  Staff are pleasant but understand almost nothing of what you say... Restaurant service is a bit strange and you shouldn't be too choosy because you may have a 10 page menu, but very few of the dishes on the menu are actually available.
  I don't think I'd go back

  Visited Beijing recently for a short competition, stayed at the cheaper hotel close to the birds nest and Olympic sports training grounds. The bedrooms are average with good size of rooms for two ppl. Wifi is however non existent In other floors except the lobby. The food is also of a considerable variety, however quality is not always preserved in the different batches.. Staff could improve their language skills when speaking to foreign guests, other than being conversant in only mandarin..

  If your are not a person who fancy interior design, gym or pool. i think its a great place to stay.
  the bed is firm to my personal liking.
  Staff are polite.
  Location is abit afar from Subway station but their taxi is quite cheap. so not a problem.
  Breakfast: Need some improvement to change some cuisines two days having same egg pudding, tofu and boil eggs.
  missing some fried bee hoon
  Coffee station need to add creamer.
  Cakes abit tough and dry not sure why ? I am wondering its overnight cakes
  other then breakfast i think its a perfect place to stay

  The hotel was expensive (although may be not for other hotels in Beijing) relative to what we had stayed in else when on a recent business trip to China. The only good thing i could say was that the rooms were large. The wifi had to be paid for - although we fought that battle (and won) and the bathroom was old and tired. Close to the "Bird's Nest Stadium" was about the only good thing i could think off for the price we paid. The staff were functionaries and had none of the charm and service of many other hotels I have stayed in in China. They are working on the rooms and so it starts at 07h00 and ends at 22h00 - the faint sound and vibration of jackhammers - charming!
